Accogliente appartamento,...

Accogliente appartamento, pulito e molto ampio, fornito di tutto. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili con noi e disponibili in ogni occasione o per ogni problema. La posizione poi è comoda in quanto si raggiuge facilmente la spiaggia a piedi e il centro del paese. Il paesino è tranquillo ma con tutti i servizi necessari. Vacanza sicuramente da consigliare e da ripetere...

accoglienza perfetta

Soggiorno splendido, appartamento pulito e proprietari fantastici, sempre pronti a dare suggerimenti su cosa fare e vedere nella zona. All'arrivo un cesto di benvenuto ci aspettava in casa con prodotti tipici locali (olio, biscotti, friselline, caffè e sopratutto il limoncello fatto in casa!). Cortesi, gentili e sempre disponibili. Consiglio a tutti questo soggiorno! Segnalo che gli stessi proprietari hanno anche gli alloggi dell'annuncio n° 339542, quindi assolutamente consigliato.

"Soluzione ottima e funzi...

"Soluzione ottima e funzionale. Casa perfettamente rispondente alle descrizioni, ubicata in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso, vicinissima al mare: solo 100 mt dalla spiaggia(obbligatorio andarci a piedi).Trovata in perfette condizione di pulizia e ordine. Ambienti molto ampi e spaziosi, ben arredati e una terrazza molto ampia e ben attrezzata per poter pranzare fuori. Ultima nota di merito ai proprietari che si sono dimostrate persone molto disponibili e allo stesso tempo discrete e genersoe avendoci accolti con un cestino di prodotti tipici locali e lo stretto necessario per le prime esigenze....Assolutamente da consigliare".

Villetta molto carina e c...

Villetta molto carina e comfortevole. Le foto non rendono giustizia, l'appartamento è ben curato in ogni dettaglio ed accogliente. Ottimi gli spazie esterni, ideale per pranzare o cenare all'aperto, attrezzatissima la terrazza. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che ogni camera avesse un inrgesso indipendente, sembra poco ma è in realtà utilissimo. La posizione era rispondente alla descrizione, 100 mt (forse anche meno) dalla bellissima spiaggia di San Foca e molto vicina al centro. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che i proprietari, gentilissimi ed accoglienti, ci abbiamo messo a disposizione, gratuitamente, le biciclette, l'ideale per mettere da parte un pò l'auto. In conclusione, un'ottima soluzione per una vacanza rilassante, silenziosa e vicino al mare, sicuramente da ripetere e da consigliare.

Siamo appena tornati da u...

Siamo appena tornati da una favolosa settimana di relax e tranquillità. L'appartmento era molto bello e confortevole, perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione, anche più bello di quanto appaia nelle foto. Camere comode e pulite, spazi ampi, comfortevoli e freschi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno, un'ampia terrazza attrezzata ideale per cenare all'aperto e per momenti di relax. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia di San Foca, realmente distante meno di 100 mt. Una nota di merito ai proprietari, Antonio e Vita, che si sono dimostrati persone gentili ed accoglienti, ci hanno atteso al nostro arrivo e ci hanno fatto trovare a disposizone un cesto con tutti i prodotti necessari per le prime esigenze, pasta, caffè, latte, biscotti (apprezzatissimi dai miei bimbi), senza dimenticare il vino e l'ottimo olio salentino. Un grazie particolare alla signora Vita, che ha accompagnato il nostro soggiorno facendoci degustare con specialità tipiche preparate al momento. Solitamente sono molto critica nei commenti, ma questa volta realmente non riesco a trovare nulla di negativo. Un soggiorno indimenticabile, breve, ma bellissimo, sicuramente da suggerire. Al prossimo anno, grazie ancora.

"Le foto della casa sul sito non le rendono giustizia in quanto è decisamente migliore di quanto appaia. Discreti ma disponibili,oltreche cortesi, i proprietari. Unico neo: un solo bagno per 7 persone è insufficiente. Per 5 invece gli spazi sono confortevoli,anche all''aperto. Da consigliare vivamente"
