A beautiful and comfortable holiday villa. It has plenty of crockery cutlery saucepans etc which are often sparse in holiday rentals. A real homely feel. Good communication with the hosts

So relaxing!

At first it was a little difficult to find but the property was perfect, quiet and very clean. Only 20 minutes from Olbia airport. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and another 5 minutes to the marina. We didn't go far but to appreciate the coastline a car is essential. The only thing we missed was a kettle (we drink lots of tea!). Also, we arrived quite late at night so the option to request and pay for a welcome pack would have been a nice extra. Communication with Walter and Raffaella was great, they answered promptly to any questions or queries we had. We loved the slow pace of Portisco and would definitely book this property again. Das Haus war sauber aber viele Gegenstände abgeranzt: placemats, Tischdecke, Laterne und vor allem der Teppich vor dem Sofa und vor der Tür waren rundum alt, staubig oder klebrig. Die Bettwäsche war sehr dürftig für die kalte Nächte. Die Gehminuten zum Strand, Hafen etc. War sehr sportlich angesetzt. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Der Garten war nicht privat. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in portisco. Die aussenveranda mit den lange Bänken war großartig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Basismaterial wie spüli, Klopapier, Kräuter, Öl und Essig waren nicht vorhanden.

Ci dispiace molto per queste osservazioni che, ci teniamo a precisare, non dipendevano direttamente da noi, in particolare per quanto riguarda la biancheria e i tappeti. È la prima volta che riceviamo segnalazioni di questo tipo. Si trattava infatti di un servizio gestito dalla nuova agenzia alla quale ci eravamo rivolti e abbiamo già provveduto a interrompere la collaborazione e a cambiare agenzia. Ci dispiace inoltre che nella recensione non sia stato menzionato che Le abbiamo dato la possibilità di prolungare gratuitamente il check-out fino alla sera, come da Sua richiesta. Comunque La ringraziamo ancora per il feedback e Le porgiamo cordiali saluti.

Nous sommes parties en familles a 7 ! L'appartement est tres bien située, proches des commerces et 2 plages sont accessible a pieds depuis la résidence ! Il y a 3 chambres ( dont une qui est dans la veranda ) plus un canapé lit dans le salon. La terasse est spacieuse est agreables a l'ombre. Les 2 salles de bains on 2 douches qui sont assez petites ! On a passer un super sejour dans cette appartement ! Merci.

Gesamteindruck

Der Vermieter war sehr kulant. Wir konnten bereits am Morgen in die Wohnung. Die Terasse ist sehr schön, hat viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Meer ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen (10 Min), ist sehr schön.

Très bon séjour

Appartement idéalement placé, près de plusieurs plages atteignables à pieds. Bonne literie. Appartement qui peut accueillir 9 personnes niveau literie, mais 3 lits dans la véranda sans volet, et un canapé lit dans le salon. Par contre 2 salles de bain avec toilettes. Niveau équipement, il ne manque rien. Merci et bravo à Raffaella, la femme du propriétaire, qui répond aux messages en un temps record. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo du mois d'avril...

Une parenthèse enchanteresse au pied de l'eau

Le logement est situé dans une résidence où la végétation est foisonnante et où un chemin mène directement au bord d'une jolie plage "privée". L'eau est magnifique et en cette saison d'Avril l'endroit est peu fréquenté. Proche du joli village de San Panteleo pour plus d'authenticité architecturale. Un agréable séjour avec des hôtes très sympathiques et très serviables.

Aufenthalt in Portisco im Oktober 2023

Die Wohnung befindet sich einer recht großen Anlage aus vielen einzelnen Wohneinheiten. Dort ist jede Wohnung individuell ausgerichtet, damit jeder eine gewisse Art Privatsphäre hat. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt, schön bepflanzt und ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt (zu Fuß). Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und auch in der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Darstellung im Internet treffen recht genau zu.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez Walter à Portisco L’appartement est situé dans une magnifique résidence à 5-10mn à pieds de 2 plages paradisiaques et près de la Marina de Portisco avec restaurants et bars Très propre et la climatisation nous a permis de bien dormir malgré les fortes chaleurs Bonne communication avec le propriétaire Merci Walter !!!

Dejligt sted med en skøn terrasse

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold. Lejligheden lå tæt på stranden, den var af lidt ældre dato, men ren og pæn. Desværre virkede WIFI ikke eller var meget dårligt, så vigtigt at man er klar over det, når man lejer denne lejlighed. Det var dog nemt at køre til andre strande og indkøb i Olbia med bil.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage unweit von Traumstränden

Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, die alles möglich machen, sofern man ein wichtiges Anliegen hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Ideal um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, da sich die Wohnung in ruhiger Lage befindet unweit von Traumstränden.

A 5 minutes à pied de la plage !

Très bon emplacement pour famille avec enfants avec accès direct grand parc de jeux au cœur de la résidence et plage à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Logement propre avec 2 salle d'eau, 2 chambres lit double + 1 chambre lit superposé. 1 belle et grande terrasse extérieure très agréable à vivre. Localisation parfaite aux portes le la Costa Smeralda ! Merci aux propriétaires pour ces belles vacances hors saison (Fin Avril 2022) !

Große saubere Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist in einer größeren Residenz angesiedelt. In der Nebensaison ist man fast für sich alleine und man kann herrliche Ruhe und das Zwitschern der Vögel am Morgen genießen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schön ist die Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Meerblick zwischen anderen Häusern hindurch. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Kinder freuen sich über den nahe gelegenen Spiel- und Basketballplatz. In näherer Umgebung kann man noch viele wunderbare Strände und Felsen erkunden. Bei Fragen konnten uns die Vermieter immer helfen - vielen Dank dafür. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und sagen nochmals Danke für den schönen Urlaub in Portisco.
