We are located right in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. As is typical in Savannah, our property consists of two buildings: A main house and a carriage house located behind it. This listing is to rent our Main House. Built in 1885, our 2 story home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 50 yards from Troup Square. The home was carefully renovated/decorated to keep its historic charm. We even have 2 working fireplaces!

Minimum Age Limit for Renters (Principal Tenant must be 25 or older),non smoking only, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible

There is on-street parking in our neighborhood, we do not have a designated parking spot. We currently have metered parking on our side of the street (the side the house is on) and non-metered (free) parking across the street. Metered parking is enforced from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the posted signs with street sweeping days/times no matter where you park so you don’t get a ticket!
