Beautiful family friendly home on a "secluded" 1+ wooded acre lot with an open main floor plan that features a family room with a warm and inviting fireplace, TV and seating for the entire group.

Enter the house via the spacious mud room that will house all your skiing equipment. Then enjoy the camaraderie of your family and friends as you relax in the family room. The smart TV with Apps galore provides endless entertainment options, while the selection of games, books and toys for kinds ensures that the whole family will be entertained.

The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator and all the necessary appliances, allows you to easily prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Savor that meal in the dining area with seating for 10+ at the table, and seating for 4 more at the breakfast bar as you revel in stories from your day's adventures.

The downstairs features 3 bedrooms and a full bath with washer & dryer. Two bedrooms have double bunks, easily sleeping 4 each... A great boys and girls set up. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have full closets and dressers for all your clothes.

The third floor features a big and beautiful master bedroom and bathroom with skylight in each.

Grill on back deck, and great sleigh riding hill just off the side of the house with 4 spotlights to light up your nighttime sleighing fun, sleds are included.

This cozy home is located on Okemo Mountain, so you are never stuck in 'mountain traffic' -it's a one minute ride to the base lodge and less than 5 minutes to Jackson Gore.

It's a quick ride to the quaint town of Ludlow, which features bars, restaurants and retail and grocery shopping. Eat in or out - everything is so close and convenient. You can choose to enjoy the comfort of our mountain hideaway or make a night on the town.

Perfect house for our family ski weekend! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Pete could not have been more responsive. The driveway is pretty steep and, due to the weather, was difficult to get up because we didn't have AWD. We contacted Pete and he had his plow person there in 10 minutes to sand it. No more problems getting up it. It was wondeful being able to bring our family dog, too. Absolutely recommend this wonderful home. We will definitely be back!

This house has a great location for easy access to clock tower base. It has more than enough room and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the kids entertained when you’re not on the slopes!

Great school vacation spot

Perfect place for our family. The middle school boys could make snow forts and do some sledging. And they helped to bring in the wood for great fires in the lovely fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay at Okemo. Great location! Close to slopes and our favorite Ludlow restaurants. Perfect setup for 2 families to enjoy with plenty of space. Checking in was easy and host was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful house 2 minutes from Okemo base. Great for large group; we had 10 and there was room to spare. Owners were very available and responsive. Location perfect for skiing. Highly recommend this place!!!

Wonderful retreat close to slopes

There is so much to love about this house! It is super convenient to the slopes and town. Wonderful fireplace where our whole group was able to gather and have a great time together. Loved all the family pictures from over the years hanging on the walls. Super warm and cozy!!

Why they chose this property

This has been our family's 'happy place' since the first time we came to Okemo in 1988. We enjoyed Solitude slopes when there was just a trailer selling hot cocoa out of huge metal soup pots! Our kids, now 21 & 23, learned to ski on the bunny hills when they were just toddlers (yup, pacifiers in their mouths at 18 months, skiing with a leash!) It is the perfect place to enjoy a true family vacation - for years we have come to Okemo with our best friends and their kids, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

What makes this property unique

This house is perfect for families - the layout allows for the kids to spread out and have fun, and for everyone to have a great time in a casual atmosphere. For years we have made it our getaway. Let me give you a day in our life there: everyone gets up and grabs a quick breakfast while a few of the adults throw together the packed lunch for the day (a sandwich assembly line is really efficient!). We take the truck to the base lodge or Jackson Gore drop off, unload the gear, and park across the street at the main parking area (no mountain traffic, we are on the mountain). A quick boot up in the lodge, and we have an awesome day on the slopes! Back to the house, and the kids head out to the side yard for sleigh riding with the dads (beers in hand) while the moms (wine in hand) get easy dinner going. (or vise versa, the dads have been known to put together some great grilling!) fire in the fireplace, dinner served, showers done, kids hanging out playing games, and we all relax and enjoy until bedtime - and we wake up and do it again!
