Located at 68 Pleasant Street Ludlow, Vermont. Apartments A&B share a common entrance area. This first floor apartment on the Black River within 20 miles of 4 major ski areas. Walking distance to dining, shops & entertainment on Main St. 2-minute drive to Okemo Ski area or a short walk to free shuttle bus (weekends and holidays only) Cross-country skiing. Close to state beach/park/golf. Must be 21 or older to rent, we have a 2-car parking limit, no winter parking on the street you will be towed!!!!!!!!!
This first-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen that’s opens to the front living room with a 39” TV. a new queen sleeper sofa, 1 regular sofa & 2 recliners. Bedroom #1 has one set of twin bunks and a double bed. Leaving bedroom #1 through a separate door you enter into a second living room with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, 50" wall-mounted TV, full bath, a small loft with an egress window, a double bed platform mattress on the floor. This area also makes for a great game room for the kids and a get away .🎮 🎧 It's like a separate one-bedroom lockout apartment with a private outside entrance and porch.
All amenities. Modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, wireless internet & cable T.V. Dogs allowed, “Linens are not provided”, you need to bring sheets for 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 full beds, 2 twins bunkbeds ,I do provide blankets and pillows.!!!!!!!!!!
Don't forget how great summer is in Vermont with golf at Fox Run and Tater Hill or hiking up Okemo and biking on its trails and its great new Adventure Park. If you prefer a quieter time, you could read a book in the backyard by the Black River. Echo Lake State Park has a beach and fishing or rent a rowboat or paddleboard and enjoy the clear waters of Vermont. Use Jackson Gore's new Adventure Park, a fitness center with an indoor and outdoor pool for a small fee. Also, the free summer outdoor concerts sitting around the fire pit in the courtyard. Day trips to Mt. Washington or Manchester, VT outlets. We also have an outside grill, table, and chairs, with a river view right in the backyard.

Check-in time is: In at 5 PM out at 2 P M. The door will be unlocked and the key on the kitchen table.We recycle! When leaving place, plastics, glass, aluminum cans, clean cardboard not pizza boxes, and regular garbage on front porch in appropriately marked cans. Place dirty dishes in washer and turn on. Take one last walk-through to see if you have left anything behind . leave the key on the kitchen table and lock the door behind you,The unit will be cleaned and sanitized after leaving .


Things to bring: Sheet sizes, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, 2 queens for new sleeper sofas, pillowcases, and towels. I provide plenty of blankets.
