Spend your day in the sun at nearby pristine beaches or shopping/dining/exploring historical St. Augustine, our nations oldest city, just minutes away. This updated 2BR/2BA second floor condo features amenities too numerous to count including 3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing pier, children`s playground, and public golf course.

The Conquistador Condominiums is a unique and beautiful residential neighborhood on approximately 55+ acres. There are 114 buildings and 456 individual condo units offering park-like and Intracoastal water views under a lush live oak canopy. Within close proximity, you’ll find St. Augustine’s historic district, pristine beaches, scenic destinations and cultural opportunities.

Parking onsite with parking pass provided. Ten minutes to Crescent Beach and 10 minutes to downtown Old St. Augustine. Grocery stores and dining within a few miles away.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful space. We spent the majority of our time on the screened in back patio with a beautiful view of the waterway. The host provided a lot of valuable information not just on the property but also on local restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. We found this very helpful and appreciated the extra touch. The space was well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 4. We can’t wait to stay again!

We loved Sunrise Paradise! Everything was exactly as described. The host thought of everything. We enjoyed the screened in balcony so much. Watching the waterway change with the tide was so relaxing. The pool was very nice and just a very short walk from the condo. The entire complex is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! 10 stars!

peaceful bliss

This condo is a great option for a St. Augustine visit. After the hectic tourist trips into town, coming home to beautiful nature and quiet is just what we needed. Drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction from downtown, and you are at awesome Crescent Beach. There's a nice Publix grocery store close too.The recreational supplies in the front closet was a nice extra touch.

Beautiful Sunrises

We loved this place! Absolutely beautiful view, the place was spotless and well stocked with kitchen supplies and very nice recreational gear. The bed was high quality and we slept great. The hosts proactively engaged with us to make sure our stay was going well. It went fantastically well! The location is centrally located to the beach, Old Town, and golf courses. The feel of the condominium community is very laid back and secluded from the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic.We will definitely be back again.

Fabulous experience

We were so pleased with the accommodations. The owners thought of everything from a closet stocked with beach towels to a detailed book of instructions. The bathrooms even had shampoo and body wash dispensers. It was cleaned meticulously. Check in was a breeze. We look forward to staying here again!

Too Beautiful To Leave

This is my 10th year exploring Florida each winter. St Augustine has become my favorite place. I have always wanted to rent this place but it was always booked. I got lucky this year and was able to stay for 10 glorious days. My first morning I got to experience the most astonishing sunrise! The view, the birds, the breezes, the park, the beaches so close by! Definitely a paradise. The owners were wonderful. I can’t wait to come back!

Florida paradise

Julie and Chrissy have an exceptional oasis. The bed was extremely comfortable and the property is equipped with all amenities included. Sitting on the screened in balcony watching the sunrise was a special treat. When we had to change our original travel plans due to hurricane Ian they could not have been more helpful and accommodating in rescheduling us. We would definitely recommend this treasure of a property in St Augustine Florida. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Peaceful stay with great views

We stayed for 6 weeks and no complaints. The place is stocked with everything you can think of. Sitting in the living room was like sitting at my own house, very comfortable. The internet/tv was exceptional, no problems with this. The back porch had great view especially in the morning when the sun cam up. No plastic chairs here, they had very comfortable chairs to sit on. If you're looking for a peaceful place with great views I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Cozy Condo with a View

We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy condo with a lovely view over the river/intracoastal waterway. The residential neighborhood was quiet and great for walking/jogging, especially with a club nearby including a pier overlooking the river as well as a loop trail (restrooms available). Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. Communication with the hosts was delightful. Easy access to historic St. Augustine and the surrounding areas via US 1 and I-95 plus stores/pharmacies in close proximity. Great value for the price. So glad we found this!

Summer Get-Away!

We usually camp in the mountains of NC every summer - but this year we decided to do something different - and I am so glad we did! The condo was the perfect place for us to relax and also see the sights in St. Augustine. Close enough to make day trips into town to be a tourist - but far enough out of the 'city' for peace and tranquility. Julie and Chris were great communicators from the moment I made the reservation and they really have thought of everything you'd need for a short or lengthy stay. And the view - I could go on all day about that! I woke up early even though I was on vacation just to drink my coffee and watch the sun come up each morning! I'm really hoping to be able to come back and visit again!

Relaxing Long Holiday Weekend

We stayed at in Julie and Chrissy's unit at the Conquistador Condos over the Labor Day weekend. It was super clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. The unit was well stocked with all that we needed. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for an additional night. The view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony of the unit was spectacular. I watched the sunrise each morning while drinking my coffee. I saw loads of birds and two deer along the edge of the property. The complex is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Thank you, Julie and Chrissy, for a wonderful stay. It was just what we needed to rest and restore. I hope that we can return soon.

Intercoastal Views

We absolutely loved the outer neighborhood of The Conquistador condominiums, which is St. Augustine Shores. It has a sunny, happy feeling to it. My son really enjoyed fishing off The Conquistador pool. And the Conquistador property is no different. The landscape feels tropical, and the views from their pool location with intracoastal views was stunning. We spent most of our time there. The condo was clean, airy, and bright, but also cozy and homey feeling, and was stocked with all of our families needs, just like our time share we usually stay at. The intracoastal views from the screened in porch had breathtaking sunrises. We stayed 4th of July weekend, and we really enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the boats whizzing by, and we were even fortunate enough to catch a fireworks display from the comfort of our condo. The marsh birds are also beautiful. Everything was excellent! We fell in love with St. Augustine all over again.
