Each bedroom is complete with the finest linens and plush mattresses for your ultimate comfort. This home is newly remodeled and has new bathrooms and tile throughout. Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals and new appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private courtyard, and a private patio for relaxing and barbequeing. The community pool is just around the corner. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 star golf course within 20 minutes. We've covered all the details so you can enjoy your stay and feel fabulous during your vacation.

The house was super clean. Close to stores all within a mile. Super pet friendly for our dog. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Peoria area. Would definitely stay there again.

The home is very inviting. Extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable. This was our 3rd time renting this home. We have also been in 2 other homes Kim Fletcher owns. We love the Glendale/ Peoria area. Her homes fit us to a tee. Every November we rent for NASCAR. We also decided to rent this time for Christmas and entertain our family Christmas Eve. Everything was perfect.
