Relax in the master suite with a king bed, TV, and private bath, unwind in the queen bedroom with its own bath, and let the kids enjoy their own fun space with twin beds, TV, DVD player, and half bath. A pack-and-play crib and booster seat make traveling with little ones easy. With Wi-Fi, cable TV, and elevator access to your 2nd-floor condo, you’ll feel right at home.

Step outside to enjoy two pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, and tennis and pickleball courts. Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Primary renter must be 25+ with valid ID and stay for entire visit. Children (0–18) welcome. HOA rule: violation may result in $500 fine.
🚫 No pets allowed. HOA rule: bringing pets or evidence of them will result in a $300 deep cleaning fee, in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
Please leave the pool passes on the kitchen bar for the next guests. Any unreturned pool wristbands will incur a $25 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After booking, the primary guest must provide full name, phone number, and email for all adult guests within 48 hours per local regulations.
Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed on the property. Only registered owners may have these vehicles.

This condo was perfect for our week-long beach trip. The area was convenient to about anything you would want to do while at the beach. Easy walk across the street to beach. The pool was never crowded, always plenty of chairs. Parking was easy and close to elevators. Owners are wonderful to rent from, with great communication!! I would definitely rent again!

This is the perfect beach condo to rent for a vacation. It's beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need. Conveniently located for shopping and restaurants in Ocean Drive. You can enjoy the pool and tennis courts located in the center of the complex or the beach across the street. It is my favorite place for a beach vacation.

this is the perfect place for anyone looking for a great place to stay at North Myrtle Beach. I have stayed here on many occasions. It has all the amenities of home plus other features. Its across the street from the ocean and 2 blocks from main street in Ocean Drive Beach. The condo is very roomy and there is a pool and tennis courts out the front door. The owners are very nice and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone longing for the perfect place to vacation.

We enjoyed a week long stay at this condo. It was a nice condo in a great location. Just across the street from the beach (about a 1 minute walk) and only 2 blocks to Main Street. The condo was roomy, with a fully stocked kitchen and 2 nice decks. The Tilghman Beach complex had 2 pools including one just outside the door. It even included a laundry room.

Perfect Vacation

Great condo with plenty of room. Loved the location. The grocery stores were super close by. 5 mins from Walmart. The teenagers loved walking to the pavilion every night which was only 1 block away. There is a nice screened in entry to this condo that makes it perfect for storing shoes, beach chairs and other items to keep sand from getting inside the condo. My favorite part of renting this unit was the owners. They sent lots of emails and updates which made me feel like they cared.

Simple and sweet

We came down for our daughters softball tournament. The location was perfect and the pools were clean and quaint. The condo was simple. It had all of the necessary items and was comfortable. The owners were wonderful to deal with and the price is right. We had some minor cleanliness comments for the owner afterward and they addressed them immediately with their cleaning service. We were so glad we didn't stay at the team hotel across the street. In fact, many players came to swim with us because of the clean, peaceful atmosphere.

We had a very enjoyable experience at this property. It was well stocked with amenities, it is very well located for access to Rt 31 as well as a sort walk to the beach. It was also located within walking distance to local establishment and only a 5 min drive grocery and pharmacy stores. The condo was very clean n was sized adequately for 4 adults with room for 2 children I'm looking at returning next year with the kids

This is a well-kept condo located just across the street from the beach and within walking distance to all of OD's main attractions (Fat Harold's, Duck's, Spanish Galleon, Duffy Street Seafood Shack, OD Pavilion and Arcade). There are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. You can get ice cream, pizza, burgers, seafood, pancakes...you name it...all within walking distance. The location is ideal, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners is second to none. You won't be disappointed!

We live in North Carolina but grew up coming to Ocean Drive and Cherry Grove with our families. Southern Pines is where we call home but our heart is always at the beach.
