This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving family celebration with room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The pool was fun and the little pond provided the perfect backdrop for our family photos. Thank you for providing such a great place for our family to gather.

This property was conveniently close enough ti really anything we needed to go see. Our film cast and crew stayed here for two days and had plenty of space and felt relaxed after work. It was a perfect housing for our large group.

Family gathering

Perfect for a family reunion! We enjoyed mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding in the area and hanging out together by the community hot tub and pool.Everyone was easily accommodated ( we were 13).

Lots of space

We enjoyed the house! The kids loved the bunk beds, and all the space! We loved the big family table which made it ideal for Thanksgiving dinner. Nice beds and four bathrooms made it really nice as well! We enjoyed the area it’s a great location close to st George and the surrounding attractions!

Everything from check in to check out was simple. Convenient location in small community with pool and other amenities for recovery after hiking in Grand Canyon & Zion. Great kitchen & social areas, nice decor, modern appliances and comfortable beds. Thank you for the stay!

Spring Break Golf

We stayed for 7 days. We had sun and 70s the first few days then actual sleet and snow. However this is common. The house is large, clean and close to many amenities. The neighborhood is full of kids and what seems to be many rentals. It was pleasant and was a very accurate listing.

Spotless, perfect location

Came here with five women and loved everything about the stay. The house is in immaculate, new condition and located perfectly for our trips to Zion and Tuacahn (kind of half way in between). We didn't really use the house for anything but sleeping, but if we'd wanted to cook or hang out it had all we would have needed.

We loved our time spent there!

We loved the property, it was clean, centrally located to all the activities that we did, and it was pretty sound proof. We know our neighbor had at least 6 kids on their side and we never heard them! We appreciated all the extra parking spots for our group and the grandkids enjoyed the pool!! We did most of our cooking at the condo, we found the kitchen to be very well stocked. We would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful home, but walked into a mess!

After driving 4.5 hours from Salt Lake with three cranky kids I entered a filthy house. Food on the counter, garbage on the living room floor, pills on dressers, cups in window seals, and every bed unmade. Not the scene I was hoping to walk into after a road trip with kids. Called the owner and he was able to get a cleaning crew out within the hour and comped a portion of our stay, but didn't change the fact that I had to leave for hours while they cleaned. Also never settling to see someone else's mess before sleeping in it Despite the rough start, the home was great and accommodated our needs. The community and amenities offered are top notch. Have stayed at other nightly rentals in the community and it's the little things that matter to me, such as the check-in booklet falling apart. Might be something worth replacing. Good house, just got off to a REALLY rocky start.

Perfect Vacation Home for our group of 13

We arrived to the house around 4pm to check in. All of the details were sent to us ahead of time and getting into the house was a breeze. I already knew the layout of the home from the description and photos, so everyone already knew where their rooms would be. The binder with information about the home was well planned and any minor details were explained very well. The home is immaculate. The owners were extremely easy to reach with questions. The area is centrally located to both St. George and Hurricane. Everything was within 15 minutes drive time. We did have an emergency while on our vacation, and the Emergency Room was only 11 minutes away. Something I never would wish on anyone while on vacation. The ER doctors were friendly and we had to visit a specialist in the area and they were wonderful! There are so many doors into the home and the alarm feature was wonderful. We used it every evening just to verify we had all of the doors locked. So silly, but a very comforting feature while out of town. The pool area was GREAT, never packed and HUGE. There is a small pond at the entrance to the development, people fishing, walking, and a picnic table. Such a nice area also. The home had every amenity needed to get started and have a great vacation. Thank you!!!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had the information we needed ahead of time and it was easy to check in and out. The location was very easy to access from the freeway, which was important to us, and the owner was very responsive; thank you. A few recommendations that would help with future stays: * Consider turning the upstairs room that currently just has a couchbed and TV into a regular king bedroom. This room has an attached bathroom and would make more sense and offer more sleeping options as a bedroom. * The TV's were older and a challenge to operate. We were limited to Netflix or Prime and were not able to stream or cast most services. If the TV's were more updated, the gaming situation could work in the main living area. * A housekeeping item was the need for the water filter to be changed in the refrigerator. There was constant beeping from the fridge reminding of this change. We could definitely have reached out to the owner about this issue - but always thought of it too late in the day - so we could have handled that better. All in all a fantastic stay. Thanks again.

Huntsman Games Softball

We stayed for 2 weeks playing softball in the Huntsman games. We had 3 couples and 4 or 5 single guys. It was great to have a place we could all gather when we weren't playing. Host Chad was quick to respond to inquiries or requests. Would love to stay here again. Beautiful area. Convenient to Zion as well as St. George.

Great time in very Spacious Condo!

My family of 7, along with a friend and grandma, enjoyed our stay in this very spacious condo very much! We really enjoyed having two nice master bedrooms and bunk room for the kids. The two pools and hot tubs are a short walk down the block and were very fun. Unfortunately the clubhouse was still closed when we were there. There is a little fishing pond near the entrance of the community that looked fun, but we didn't bring gear for that. We brought bikes and drove to several different trail heads to bike., including biking Snow Canyon. This condo is on the exit you take to go to Zion National Park, which we did one day as well. This condo has fairly well equipped kitchen, although we would have loved the addition of a salad spinner and colander. We loved using the nice grill. We had some difficulty getting the televisions to work as the remotes were complicated and the instructions didn't seem to match up to the remotes. Luckily we had a teenager with us who was able to finally figure it out, but it took a few days. The condo was mostly very clean, but shows signs of normal wear and for example, we washed the kitchen and bathroom floormats to help out as they needed it. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Fabulous! Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can stay in this beautiful home?!?

We had 3 couples, 2 single adults and 4 kids under age 14 staying in this home and there was room for everyone to sleep, eat and relax comfortably. Short stroll to the fantastic pools and hot tubs! Would stay again in a heart beat!

We live in northern Utah and bought this home with close friends (Jevan and Emily) to have a place for our two families to vacation, visit Zion, visit Tuacahn and create memories. We love southern Utah!

Coral Ridge is a great location centrally located just off I-15 and close to Zion, St George, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, Sand Hollow, and more! The community has a heated pool / hot tub accessible year round, along with basket ball court, fishing pond and playground. It is also close to 9 golf courses!
