Large modern kitchen with granite counter tops. Large living room has plenty of seating and a large screen TV. Private fenced patio/ deck with great courtyard feel. BQ available. Master bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom contains a double bed, 3rd bedroom has double bed. Internet, and cable is furnished. Close to hospital and medical facilities. Nature walking path is 3 blocks away.
