Located outside of the city limits but on the edge of Dayton WY which is a small quaint, peaceful and safe town truly is a “Little Piece of Heaven” just as the town sign reads.

Even though your get away is out of town limits, it still has town amenities i.e. city water, sewer and garbage.

All guest/s have foot access to home, pond and land but not outbuildings. The property sometimes has two horses on it and are within fenced pastures or in pens. Horse/s are tame, please use caution around animals and fenced pasture areas.

Standard one time cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to Guest.
Excessive additional cleaning will be accessed if cleaning rules are not followed. (guest will be notified before charged).

PETS
Max number of pets (i.e. dog, cats) allowed on property is 2 at any time. Pet fee is $100.00 total per stay for two pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs or cats must always be under control and stay within host property boundaries. Pets must be kenneled/controlled when guest/s are not on property. Kennels may be available by host but not guaranteed. Pets are to be properly vaccinated according to required health standards.
