Very well located apartment (in front of the beach) with large living room very luminous and view of the harbour and the sea. Three bedrooms: 2 beds of 140cm and 2 twin beds, additional sleeping available in the living room. Large bathroom, separate toilet, separate equipped kitchen. Two large corridors, one on the sea side and the other on the garden side.

wonderful apartment on the sea front

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay in the large spacious apartment, directly in front of the harbour and beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything a family needs whilst holidaying. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming apartment with perfect location

Charming and spacious apartment with a large and quite balcony facing the garden. Great view of the ocean on the front side. Close to everything.

Dirty and complicated…

The apartment has older charm with high ceilings and beautiful floors. All bedrooms have access to the balcony. Unfortunately, the equipment is very neglected with old and worn equipment, which is mainly noticeable in the kitchen. The apartment was not cleaned, there was a lot of dust on all surfaces and very dirty floors. We noticed it first by how dirty our socks and feet got. The owner referred me early to communication with the administrator of the apartment. That communication (with us) took place through an employee with no mandate, which was complicated of course. Despite a written agreement on bed linen and towels, it became very complicated/frustrated before we got what was agreed and paid for.

NEITHER DYRTY NOR COMPLICATED Ni sale ni compliqué Cet appartement de charme,loué au prix modique de 140€ par nuit pour 100 m2 en bordure de mer a du succès et les occupations successives,peuvent entraîner quelques inconvénients dûs à la fréquentation. Le ménage est fait consciencieusement. Le matériel est entretenu et renouvelé. Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis ,comme signalé sur Abritel. La personne mandatée par mes soins assure la remise des clés et surveille la propreté depuis plusieurs années et je n’ai eu aucune plainte. Je déplore le manque de communication,pendant le séjour étant donné que j’étais joignable à chaque instant comme toujours.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock, direkt am Meer und im Ort, und „Vintage“, Bric-à-brac- mäßig eingerichtet (einige Schönheitsreparaturen wären von Vorteil) In der Küche ist max. Platz für 2. Es fehlt an Wassergläsern, Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Die Lage macht vieles wieder wett.

Es tut mir leid,es war das Ende der Saison und wir hatten keine Zeit das zu reparieren,was kaputt war.Der Preisrabatt wurde angewendet.(10%) Es wird auch gut vermerkt dass keine Wäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Aber,ich freue mich dass die Lage geschützt wurde.

Appartement de caractère, spacieux et bien situé à proximité de la plage, du port et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié de revenir dans ce lieu sympathique au centre de banyuls où il fait bon vivre ,mer ,plage,ballades en montagne ,petits restaurants et produits locaux de rigueur. L'accueil y est toujours chaleureux si ce n'est la tramontane trop forte parfois...

Banyuls en famille

Merveilleuse destination et appartement parfait pour un séjour en famille. Les jeux pour enfants sont en face et la plage à deux pas, la terrasse très agréable pour les apéritifs du soir. Cinq étoiles !!!

Location agréable

Avons passé un bon séjour entre amis (3couples).Location agréable et très bien placée,nous y étions pour la fête des vendanges.Mme Cotriat ,la propriétaire, très facile à joindre et aimable.Nous n’avons eu aucun soucis.La personne qui nous a reçus est sympathique et arrangeante si besoin. S’il y a occasion nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer.

Directe sur le front de mer.

Bel appartement, charme de l'ancien, grand, traversant et bien équipé, centré et directement sur le front de mer. Très pratique. Contre-partie, surtout en période des chaleurs d'été où l'on vit fenêtres ouvertes: boulevard bruyant (Véolia+voirie+livraisons+tourisme), double-appart familiale de dessous "animé".

Cher Monsieur Vous n’avez pas eu de chance. Il n’y a pas de double appartement (premier étage et rdc). Simplement,chaque année,les propriétaires du 1er louent pendant une semaine le rez-de-chaussée et ils sont très nombreux. Le village est déjà bruyant au mois d’août et la villa devient également trop animée. Merci de me l’avoir signalé,je demanderai à ces occupants de penser un peu aux autres. Merci encore.

Banyuls au mois d’août est un village très festif et il faut accepter de profiter de la fête qui ne dure pas au delà de minuit .En se couchant tard,on peut laisser les vitres ouvertes et profiter en front de mer ,de l’air marin,bien meilleur pour la santé.

Merci Madame , pour votre bienveillante appréciation et pour me rappeler mon manque d’anticipation vis à vis de la canicule et de la haute saison. La semaine précédente,très chaude également,j’ai vécu dans l’appartement avec la ventilation des brises marines du bord de mer et j’ai oublié que le village devenait plus bruyant à partir du 14 juillet,nécessitant de réduire l’ouverture de certaines fenêtres. Veuillez m’en excuser. Des ventilateurs ont donc été mis à disposition. Merci encore pour l’intérêt porté à cette location.

Appartement sympathique et chaleureux. Bien situé et bien aéré grâce à la présence de balcons situés sur chaque façade. La cuisine et l'électricité mérite d'être refaites.

Je suis totalement navrée.Cet appartement de 1925 a été très bien rénové.L’électricité est aux normes et encastrée mais malheureusement deux prises murales ont subi des manipulations brutales et il faudra les remplacer.

Très agréable logement avec vue sur mer et le port de Banyuls.

Logement très agréable avec triple orientation (cela permet les courants d'air quand il fait chaud!). D'un côté vue sur mer et le port, à proximité du Biodiversarium. De l'autre côté, au calme avec la terrasse. Merci

As if your friend invited you to stay

This is a lovely apartment if you are looking for a feeling of genuine French every day. Nothing like pimped up rental apartments. But instead the "bols à café", the "cales portes" and the best of hosts, Madame Claudine Coriat who answers you at anytime. And Madame Valérie Perez who will do anything to help you and give you good advice It's as if a family friend lent out his apartment. We will come back.

Merci beaucoup. Pour le côté rétro,effectivement nous avons succombé au charme de cette villa 1925 de « la belle époque catalane » et nous avons choisi le mobilier et la décoration dans le style de la première moitié du siècle dernier (plus précisément des années 1920 aux années 1960).

Excellent séjour dans un appartement idéalement placé, vue exceptionnelle, très grand, très bien agencé, très bien équipé bénéficiant d'un ensoleillement permanent. Appartement de caractère, enfin un ameublement de qualité rien à voir avec les meubles ikea que nous trouvons si souvent dans les locations saisonnières... La décoration composée essentiellement de magnifiques affiches ajoute au charme de l'ensemble. Je recommande sans réserve. Merci pour l'accueil, souriant et efficace.

nous avons passé de délicieuses vacances dans cet appartement très bien aménagé avec de très jolies terrasses nous laissant le choix d'ambiances diverses selon les moments de la journée. La situation dans la ville est parfaite, près de "tout" et assez tranquille à la fois. Sans oublier la bouteille de vin pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Que demander de plus? Totale satisfaction pour cette charmante location que nous recommandons chaleureusement

Pour ma part j’utilIse le balcon pour des repas où nous sommes parfois une dizaine. Il mesure 8,50m de long sur 1,90 de large et en disposant les 2 tables du balcon côte à côte(voire même une troisième) et les sièges d’un seul côté face aux jardins (comme dans « la Cène »de Léonard de Vinci),nous passons des moments très conviviaux. D’ailleurs je crois que ce balcon de 16 m2 peut être considéré comme une terrasse.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l´appartement: il est parfaitement situé dans Banyuls avec une vue imprenable sur le bord de mer et le port. Tout est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. La personne qui nous a accueilli est tout à fait charmante. Je tenais à vous préciser que la banquette du séjour est en très mauvais état et nous avons évité de nous en servir. Nous recommenderons cet appartement à nos amis.
