Former wine warehouse dating back from the 18th century, one storey-level, golden stones, exposed beams, large volumes and a lot of charm. Large West facing terrace with awning on the swimming pool (14x7m with paddling pool and secure with "Turtle" type alarm) to enjoy the free view and the rural setting. Teak deckchairs, gas Plancha (60x40 cm), garden furniture. Equipped open plan kitchen overlooking the living area with authentic fireplace and pressing shed. Comfort in the 3 double bedrooms; direct independent access to the outdoors area, 2 have access to the pool with WC and bathroom. Children mezzanine bedroom (4 beds) with shower room. This former wine warehouse was perfectly converted for your family meetings, birthdays, cousin reunions, communions and holidays with friends. Tranquillity and privacy for "relaxing breaks" on a 705 acre park. Welcome to a quality stay!
