A beautiful house that's very well equipped. Perfect location for anyone wanting a peaceful break.We were a little surprised to pay for bedding and towels as this wasn't made clear on the VRBO listing but the additonal cost was more than reasonable.Great communication with the hosts and local agent.

Amazing pool!

The villa was gorgeous, the pool fantastic however communication with the agents was frustrating and we felt a bit hassled by their attitude and lack of response. Paying for bedding and having to make beds up myself was annoying after paying so much h for the week. The agents coming around at 9:15am on leaving day was also a nuisance.

Prachtig huis met een mooi privé zwembad. Veel aandacht voor schaduwplaatsen buiten. Mooi met planten aangekleed welke goed verzorgd zijn. Goed uitgeruste keuken met grote koel/vries combinatie. Alle slaapkamers en woonkamer hebben goed werkende airco’s indien nodig. Zeer rustige buurt aan de buitenrand van L’Escala tegen het natuurgebied aan. Mooie mogelijkheden om te wandelen en fietsen. Om naar het centrum te gaan is vervoer nodig. Naar het strand is 30 min. wandelen. Communicatie met de eigenaar en verhuurbedrijf was snel en vriendelijk. Wij zijn hier drie weken naar volle tevredenheid geweest. Bij aankomst waren de bedden opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar en een heerlijk flesje bubbels al verwelkoming. Aanrader!!!

Unser Urlaub war super. Das Haus liegt so, dass man nicht direkt in der Sonne immer ist. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Schlüsselübergabe hat auch super gepasst. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen.

Genau wie letztes Jahr war es wunderschön. Das Haus super sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man benötigt. Der Garten mit pool ein Traum für Kinder und er ist kaum einzusehen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Danke

Schönes Haus in Randlage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in L‘Escala.Diesmal haben wir dieses schöne Haus mit Pool gefunden.Es liegt etwa 1,5 km zur Strandpromenade, also etwas abseits.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren super schön. Es entsprach alles der Beschreibung der Anzeige. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, dieser wurde von einer Firma gereinigt. Handtücher kann man über die Agentur mieten. Wir kommen hoffentlich nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Très belle villa pour des vacances parfaites.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très confortable, au calme et à courte distance du centre et des plages en voiture ou à vélo.Rien ne manque dans la cuisine et la piscine est parfaite pour nager. Merci aussi à Jeanine pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Der Pool hat eine ordentliche Größe und ist wirklich der Hammer! Jeden dritten Tag wird der Pool gereinigt und die Wasserqualität überprüft. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

tres belle maison

du 21.07 au 04.08.18 nous (5 personnes de Allemagne) avons passe deux semaines dans cette belle maison. Il es tres bien equipe et la grande piscine vous invite a nager. Le contact avec le proprietaire etait tres bon, surtout que c'etait possible en anglais. Les gerants (tres sympatiques) ne parlent que francais, ce qui etait parfois problematique. Nous sommes tres satisfaits et recommandons fortemant cette propriete.

perfect holidays

everything was fine. For us five people , the house was perfect. Quiet and beautiful location , Great Shopping and Old Town visit only by car, a bar / bakery in 6 minutes walk. Rooms large enough , in the kitchen you can good cook ( fresh fish !! ) , pool, terraces and outdoor shower- perfect , two parking spaces. We felt very comfortable , nothing missing and would definitely come back.

Location spacieuse, calme, bien équipée

La maison est dans un quartier calme. C'est une maison très bien agencée avec beaucoup d'équipements. Les personnes qui s'occupent de la remise des clés et de l'entretien de la piscine sont très cordiales. Séjour que je recommande vivement.

Une belle maison fonctionnelle

Notre séjour se termine demain et c'est depuis le bord de la piscine qu'est rédigée cette appréciation. Maison très bien équipée et très pratique dans un quartier très calme de l'Escala. Il ne manque rien et elle est parfaite pour 5 personnes.... Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, la piscine avec douche extérieure est idéal pour le farniente de rigueur en milieu d'après midi Par contre la vie urbaine en bord de mer en août et un peut compliquer à cause d'un bien trop grand nombre de touristes et au final des plages plus que bondées avec une problématique de taille, garée sa voiture !!! Rien a dire sur la maison qui colle à 100% avec sa description, vous pouvez l'a louée les yeux fermés.... Observez les locaux, apprenez de leurs habitudes et vous profiterez pleinement de cette région où en sortant du circuit touristique il est possible de très bien déjeuner pour 10 € tout compris...

Maison très cosy, très bien décorée, vraiment propre, super équipée, piscine entretenue tous les 2 à 3 jours, la wifi marche à merveille. Bref nous reviendrons et nous la conseillons vivement.

Belle villa dans un quartier calme et résidentiel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable. Les pièces sont très bien entretenues. La cuisine est équipée avec des éléments de qualité. Le jardin est beau et arboré. La piscine est superbe. L'endroit est calme assez proche des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons été très heureux de passer une semaine dans cette jolie maison.
