Thank you for sharing your experience and for appreciating the apartment's location, its proximity to amenities, and especially the view from the balcony, which many guests find one of the highlights of their stay. I would like to point out, however, that the accommodation is presented very clearly both in the photographs and in the reviews of other guests, which already highlight both the most appreciated features and any location-related aspects, such as the presence of the road and railway line nearby, which may be perceived differently depending on individual sensitivity. Regarding the nighttime noises mentioned, this was not the normal passage of trains, which do not run at night, but rather extraordinary construction work related to the expansion of the railway line: a completely occasional situation, which has occurred only rarely in several years of operation. The furnishings and bathroom are also exactly as shown in the photographs in the listing: while not state-of-the-art, the apartment is always maintained with great attention to cleanliness and functionality. For this very reason, I regret the final rating I received, which I feel is inconsistent with what was described in the review itself and with the overall quality of the experience offered. I always believe it's important to leave balanced and informed reviews, especially considering what was clearly visible and known before booking.

Thanks for your review Tina, I'm happy you liked stay here. Just wanted point out noises you might hear I think they are the same you might here in any part of the city, for sure differently from other part of the city such as main street or old town, here is a calmer area.

I'm only sorry to know from review that you probably would have liked to have more wine glasses, since at check-in I told you as I tell all my guests "just let me know in the case you need something", anyway I ensure you that wine glasses are both the same and you have to know that 2 weeks before your arrival they were 4, I'll buy other 2 soon.

Thanks for your review Ingeborg, I'm glad to know you liked stay here. I wanted only specify a thing, the balcony is not noisy as is not all the area where apartment is located. May be you made this evaluation staying in the balcony right in the rush hours and since we are behind the main street of Cefalù is normal some noises arrive there, and so also is normal traffic increase a little right below apartment. Of course we are not in the country but in the city center of a lively tourist city.
