It’s a unique place. Bathroom is very nice and in same building as the bedroom. There is a kitchenette in there too but the outdoor kitchen got more use by us. Also enjoyed the green space that was available to us. Washing machine works well. The apartment is close to the train station and has a grocery store nearby. Only real issues we had were spotty wifi and no comfortable sofa or chairs to sit in. The house is quite close to the beach and ocean and worth the walk for sunsets. Thanks for making your place available to us, Vincenzo!

Hello. Thank you for appreciating our comfortable, modern home, which features two kitchens, outdoor areas, and plenty of amenities. We provide comfortable deck chairs for relaxing in the garden; these are located in the second bedroom—you might have missed them. As for the Wi-Fi, we haven't encountered any issues so far—at least not with our modern phones. Thanks, and hope to see you again!

listing stated that there were electric bikes available which they weren't and also declared "steps from the beach " which was not accurate. host was very nice and informative. probably my fault however no couch or sitting area inside there is a outdoor area ,table and chairs ", which we needed for space as bedroom was tight. extra seperate room (not connected ) is where we used to get changed and store our luggage bathroom and shower very nice.

However, we regret the misunderstanding regarding certain external services—such as car and bike rentals—being included in the price, or the expectation of lounge areas with sofas that were not listed in the description. Villa in posizione strategica a Lascari

Appartamento in villa dalle finiture di ottimo pregio, comoda ma piccola. Si avverte l'assenza di un armadio per soggiorni lunghi. Per il resto è dotato di ogni confort e servizio utile a trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, sia nell'accoglienza che nel dare consigli durante il soggiorno. E' il valore aggiunto di questa proprietà.
