Christmas time with family and friends

Upon our arrival, we were immediately well treated. the staff, led by Fatima, was friendly, welcoming and well organized. Every meal was excellent and were made right on time. Our rooms were cleaned everyday to perfection and the property, overall, was perfect. When deciding what and when we wanted to eat, Fatima listened and the portions were more than enough for my family of seven. The staff was invested and even accompanied my daughters when going out at night to make sure they are safe. The rooms are very nice and the pictures an exact representation of them. The neighborhood is in the middle of the Medina, diving is straight into Marrakech. It’s a 15mn walk to Jama El Afna and there are many activities proposed by the Ryad. The wifi was great, we had a coffee machine we could use and the pool was beautiful. The only downside is the pool was not heated so we couldn’t use it, contrary to what is indicated. Overall, we are very satisfied by this experience and recommend it a 100%.

Parenthèse enchantée à Marrakech en famille, et surtout au sein de ce Riad absolument magnifique avec un personnel aux petits soins et tellement gentil!!!

Belle restauration de riad

Le riad est très agréable à vivre, magnifiquement décoré et particulièrement bien tenu et entretenu par Fatima. Nous en profitons pour vous recommander son tajine et ses crêpes. Il est positionné dans un quartier plutôt populaire de la médina et le contraste entre à l'intérieur et l'extérieur peut probablement être perturbant pour certains touristes mais il fait également son charme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de ce logement et nous remercions ses propriétaires et personnel pour leur courtoisie et leur hospitalité.

A well kept Riad

We had a good stay at the Riad Tchina. The house is spotlessly clean and well kept. The staff are very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners that Fatima and her staff provided for us. One caution I have about this Riad is the location. It is in the middle of the Médina. You can’t get there by car, so you need to be dropped off at the gate entrance of the Médina and walk in. The Médina is very hectic and quite a sensory onslaught. It’s also important to note that the Riad is in the far east side of the city and we ended up relying on taxis quite a bit to get to and from various locations in the city.

Riad très joli et bien situé Belle décoration et Carole est très sympathique Par contre si vous ne réservez pas les dîner au Riad sachez que vous ne pourrez pas utiliser la cuisine

parfait

De passage à Marrakech pour le travail, j'ai réservé un peu au hazard. Très belle surprise. Très calme, très propre. Grand merci à FAtima. J'y retournerai avec ma famille.

Un excellent séjour!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, le riad est sublime, nous étions en famille comptant 11 personnes et nous ne nous sommes jamais senti oppressé les uns les autres. Le personnels à été au petit soin tout en étant discret. Je recommande ce riad à 100%.

Le Riad Tchina est magnifique, le personnel au top et très serviable, le couscous de Fatima il est excellent. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad, je vous le recommande à 1000% (^^;).

L'endroit es magnifique , une deco très épuré , bien entretenu et une hygiène irréprochable !

Fatima qui gère la médina es d'une discrétion ,conseils,prépare selon nos souhait des plats du terroir,jus d'orange du petit déjeuner une merveille,pour les chambres ,c'est un nid douillet

Le couscous de Fatima est un regal! La petite piscine et le petit dej sur la terrasse de toit ensoleillée, un vrai paradis calme pour se poser apres une journee dans le bruit et la foule de la medina.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons réservé ce Riad du 22/07/2016 au 25/07/2016 à l'occasion d'un anniversaire surprise. Le logement est magnifique, il est spacieux, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. Les 5 chambres sont grandes, modernes et très propres. L'organisation du voyage et de la surprise s'est fait très facilement, la propriétaire répond très vite aux mails et est très facilement joignable par téléphone. Sur place, Fatima nous a préparé deux dîners qui étaient excellents. Rien à redire, je conseille vivement ce logement !
