Het kan (altijd) beter.......

Het appartement is zeer goed gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op de Medes eilanden. Echter laat de netheid van het appartement het wel eens afweten aan de ramen en het achterblijvend stof te oordelen. Wij hebben dus nu een eigen stofzuiger bij en het appartement heeft dringend een remake nodig want het raakt stilaan in verval. Meer kuismaterialen en een grondigere controle vóór verhuur !

3ème séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé, wifi impeccable, vue imprenable, appartement très calme, importance de la place de parking réservée. Cette année, encore, nous y étions tellement bien que nous avons déjà réservé pour l'été 2023. Un grand merci à l'équipe de l'agence Ceigrup de L'Estartit pour leur réactivité en cas de soucis, leur gentillesse et leur grand professionnalisme. Pour résumer, nous adorons cet appartement et espérons pouvoir en bénéficier encore de longues années. Mise en place d'un miroir de plein pied, une petite barrière de sécurité en haut de l'escalier, réparation de la barrière d'appui sur la terrasse, un nouveau balai est nécessaire ainsi qu'une nappe sur la table de salle à manger et surtout possibilité de réserver plus longtemps en septembre

Las vistas y la distancia a todos los servicios son un plus, así como el aparcamiento. No hay necesidad de usar un coche durante cuatro semanas. Es un piso bonito y bueno, sin embargo, no sería un lujo tener una aspiradora.

La vue sur les îles, l'équipement ménager, la superficie, le calme Remplacer les balais (toilettes et ménage), un miroir sur pied, un peu plus de petites cuillères. Voir le problème de l'ouverture des portes du parking souvent défaillantes cette année.

Un apartamento agradable hace que las vacaciones sean más felices

Es un apartamento muy agradable, espacioso, con mucha luz y vistas preciosas. Se podría mejorar la cocina, no vamos a cocinar de vacaciones pero faltan cubiertos en general, para servir, cocinar, etc. así como tazas y centrifugadora para la lechuga, etc. Falta un espejo para verse entera y en el solárium no hay tumbonas decentes, las de la foto no estaban.

- La vue sur la mer - La proximité du centre de la ville et de la plage. - La superficie de l'appartement - Les 2 salles de bain - La compétence, la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel de l'agence - Equipement électro-ménager - La climatisation - Serait il possible d'avoir un 2ème balai - des ampoules à chaque luminaire seraient un plus - il serait mieux que le lustre au dessus de la table de la salle à manger ne tienne pas avec des ficelles - une barrière en haut de l'escalier serait un gage de sécurité dans le cas de présence de jeunes enfants - présence d'une multitude de fourmis dans les 2 chambres - le joint de la porte fenêtre du local machine à laver est à changer - Une 4ème chaise pour déjeuner sur le balcon

Overall the appartement is excellent well furnished and maintained Dissappointed to find the kettle had dissappeared it was there last year had to buy one. Also the outside furniture is a bit dated and could be replaced the sun loungers had a habit of falling apart when used

Een avontuur.

Het uitzicht is mooi en vlakbij het strand is ook meegenomen. De twee grote terrassen bieden mogelijkheid tot zonnen en met een koel drankje uit de ijskast niet te versmaden. Na een dag zonnen even een stortbad nemen en dan in de buurt gaan eten. Geen auto, fiets of wat dan ook nodig om je te verplaatsen! Misschien zou een opfrissing van het appartement geen overbodige luxe zijn want het begint er uitgeleefd uit te zien, en een stofzuiger in het appartement zou heel handig zijn voor mensen met allergie......

une agence sérieuse dans une ville agréable

bel emplacement mais hélas à cette période de nidification des goélands impossible de profiter du solarium ! attaque permanente de ces derniers avec lâcher de fientes dès que l'on tente une apparition sur la terrasse . bonne réactivité de la direction de l'agence quand une demande est formulée . prestation beaucoup trop chère facturée pour le ménage qui n'est pas en rapport avec la qualité espérée .

Situation et vue exceptionnelle

Les grands balcons et l'immense terrasse sans vis avis du 6eme avec une vue complète sur la mer et la ville. La situation proche du centre ville Le wifi La grande pièce de vie Les machines à laver linge et vaisselle, le sèche linge… Le parking L'entretien: L'appartement n'avait surement pas été loué depuis longtemps, il y avait beaucoup de poussière et une très forte odeur de "renfermé". Le manque d'entretien, armoires de la chambre dont les portes ne tiennent pas fermées, la tête de lit absente mais les trous des vis sont bien visibles, étagères de la salle de bain tenu par des ficelles etc, etc

Relativement satisfait, améliorer et compléter l'équipement vaisselle

La situation, l'immeuble dans son ensemble Quelques petits points: lavabo salle de bains de l'étage eau chaude et eau froide invernsées, 1 ampoule absente sur 3. WC du bas: chasse d'eau se remplit mal ou pas du tout coincée par le calcaire. Cuisine manque le brise jet au bec du robinet. Le percolateur fuit à cause du tartre. Il n'y a pas de tasse à café pour le percolateur seulement des mugs qui ne rentrent pas. Pas de cafetière pour les cafés du petit déjeuner. Machine à laver au milieu de la loggia de la cuisine.

Appartement bien situé par rapport à la ville et à la mer

L´appartement permet de profiter des activités de L´Estartit aux différents moments de la journée. L´entretien de l´appartement pourrait être amélioré (éclairages défectueux par exemple).
