About this property

Duplex at the foot of the slopes for 6/7 people

Located 5 minutes walk from the heart (lifts ski schools and shops) of a typical Portes du Soleil located at 1160 m above sea level, a duplex ground floor, fully renovated, ideal for a large family or group of friends.
The wooden decoration, stone fireplace in the lounge immerses you in the Savoyard atmosphere.
The interior offers all modern comforts: dishwasher Bosch (new 2016), stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, fondue and raclette service, TV, VCR, washing machine, 2 toilets, storage space, regulated individual heating (radiant heaters), bathroom with large shower glass cubicle.
For the night, on the floor, a room parents with bed 140, a big room mezzanine with 4 beds out of 90 and a bed settee, in RDC stay a click clac in 140.
Three balconies, one right on the lawn, you will enjoy the sun in any season.
In summer a lot of sporting activities are proposed, as well as certain years of events like championship of France of VTT or concerts
For information we also rent a large house of 200 m2 with pool in the Drôme Roussas (visible on Abritel)

The accommodation was very good comfortable clean. Alps concierge very helpful. Down side was paying extra for bed linen. Thought it was paid for when i booked. Other wise amazing stay

Accommodation is ample for a larger family or more. For three of us it was very spacious. One double bedded room and a room with two sets of bunk beds and a double sofa bed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge area. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery allowing good use of the dishwasher. Not pristine but great value for money. Parking outside was easy and, if needed, there is also an underground pay car park by the lifts about 350m away. It’s a good spot to stay and the host is very helpful.

Très bel appartement

Très bonne impression dès notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propre, bien rangé. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, de même pour la grande chambre de l'étage. Le tout, très bien équipé. La salle de bain neuve est agréable après une journée de ski. L'appartement est idéalement situé et non bruyant bien qu'il soit en RDC. La station des gets est idéale et vraiment bien décorée. Hâte d'y retourner

Un séjour d'une semaine très agréable. L'appartement est idéalement situé, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. La salle de bains est toute neuve et tout atteste de la générosité de la propriétaire. La station est suffisamment grande pour constituer un choix d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Bel et grand appartement, bien équipé (le cabas roulant est très pratique pour ramener les courses sans effort !), à 5 min des pistes et magasins. Orienté plein sud (chaud et lumineux), l'appartement, situé au rez de chaussée est calme et chaleureux. Idéal pour 6 personnes, l'appartement est spacieux. La salle de bain est neuve, et eau chaude à tout instant. La propriétaire est toujours disponible, s'inquiètant toujours du bien-être de ses locataires Seul bémol : le casier à ski est non sécurisé et est trop petit. Vivement l'hiver 2014 !

Situation idéale - Appartement spacieux

Cet appartement est spacieux, pratique et bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal puisque situé dans une rue calme et il est proche des remontées mécaniques (pas de côte à monter, ce qui est appréciable après une journée de ski). La station des Gets est très sympa et le domaine skiable est grand. Super vacances passées entre amis!

Appartement prêté à la famille avant notre arrivée et réception sale: cuisine, lave vaisselle plein, douche,poubelles, poils de chien sur les 2 niveaux. Les photos ne reflètent pas l'état de l'appartement à notre arrivée. Propriétaire n' habitant pas Les Gets . Malgré les 100€ de ristourne pour ce désagrément , nous avons été très déçus. Quel dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait et compris dans les charges!!!
