Modern terraced corner house in fantastic location between Portixol and Cuidad Jardin, the most sought after banlieues of Palma.

You live right near the attractive promenade and the popular sandy beach. On the Paseo you can stroll delightfully or let off steam sportily with jogging, cycling and on the inliners. Shopping, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Due to the good connection, a rental car is not absolutely necessary and a transfer is possible with a short cab ride.

The best fish restaurants on the island, barbecue specialties or tapas can be found just around the corner and the nearby island capital Palma attracts with its many shopping opportunities and cultural, as well as culinary offers. A shopping paradise - with over 300 shoe stores alone, this highlight for the ladies is simply irresistible. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Schönes Haus, aber ...
Negativ: Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mangelnde Grundausstattung: es fehlen Messer, Bretter, Staubsauger. Schlafzimmer grenzen an Auffahrt zur Tiefgarage, dadurch Lärmbelastung. Positiv: Nespressomaschine und Föhn vorhanden. Die Verwalterin ist kompetent, sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Panateria um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein schönes Haus in toller Lage, für die kälteren Tage meiner Meinung nach eher ungeeignet.

Uns hat die Unterkunft gefallen. Ruhige Lage. In der Nähe Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen,Restaurants, Bars und Bushaltestelle. Fernsehen nur spanische Sender. Kein Radio. Klimaanlagen super. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche. Mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher wäre gut.

Perfect holidays
We had a fantastic week at Carmen's wonderful, clean and very stylish house. Everything was and looked like on the pictures and Carmen was very friendly and helpful. The beach, bakery and super markets are just a one-minute-walk away. We will definitely book this house again. Looking forward.
