This is a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment located on the bottom floor of the villa, with superb views of the sea and mountains. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is situated less than half a mile from the beach, restaurants/bars and supermarket. Beautiful garden. Romantic area. The A/C is optional. Night life: The view from villa 'Hojas de Otoño' is of the Mediterranean sea and mountains. It is in a quiet area but the vibrant night life with clubs and discos is to be found around 5 km at Puerto Marina Harbour.
Grenada, Seville...: It is quite possible to make days expeditions to Grenada, Cordoba, Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda, La Axarquía.

Wonderful

We very much enjoyed our stay. Pepe and Teresa were lovely and we loved having them there if we needed anything. Such a beautiful villa in a great location. We will be back. All my family are missing Spain, the villa, Benalmadena and Pepe!

A wonderful place to stay

Pepe was so kind, helpful and welcoming when we arrived. He patiently showed us everything and explained to us how things worked. He told us he will always help if needed. The perfect start to our two week holiday, the perfect host. The apartment had everything we needed, including a most welcome few beers, cokes and a bottle of wine. Everything worked in the apartment perfectly and we were also able to use our Amazon Fire tv stick to watch Netflix etc on the TV as there is an HDMI port, fantastic 😊. We went for some days out and some days just chilled by the pool. Of an evening we just sat and watched the sea and the world go by. This has to be one of the most relaxing holidays we have had; the location, the apartment and pool and because Pepe made it so easy for us. We were sad to leave but will come back. Thank you Pepe, you made our stay perfect Jon and Lynda. 👍👍😊

Great Little Getaway

My husband and I booked this property for a 5 night stay in November. The property is in a lovely part of Spain and just a 10 minute walk (steep walk) up from the sea front. The property was as described and we found everything absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a BBQ every evening, watching the sun go down followed by a walk down to the sea front for a drink afterwards. Many places had closed for the winter but there were still a couple of places to go. We managed to meet Pepe on a couple of occasions (Pepe lives upstairs and you hardly know he's there) and he was the perfect host and communication with him was easy. We had a car (we wanted to explore further afield) which also makes life easier if you are self catering and there was a supermarket about a 5 minute drive away, up a very steep hill but if you were using the place as a base and going down into the beach/town every day/night a car isn't essential and taxis cost about 6 euro from the sea front up to the property. There are also really good bus services down at the beach front. We had a really really lovely stay and can't thank Pepe enough.

Beautiful views

The property had amazing views in a very quiet area. The villa was perfect for our family's stay, with everything that you needed, the pool was lovely. The owner Pepe was available if needed and offered us advice on what was nearby and the welcome pack was an added touch. Although the villa is a car journey from both Benalmadena and Fuengirola uber was very easy to use. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful two weeks

We have just returned from a lovely two weeks in Pepe's apartment, we are a family of five (ages ranging from 13 to 62) and there was ample space for all of us. The apartment is located on the ground floor with full access to a private swimming pool with beautiful uninterrupted views of the sea. Pepe lives on the top floor of the villa but is completely unobtrusive but also on hand if you need anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, the coffee machine was an added bonus! It is not far from Fuengirola seafront (around a 5min drive) and near all the shops and restaurants. We used the local Aldi for our food shopping which was only a 5 min drive, not far from the Shell garage. I would personally recommend hiring a car as the Villa is located in a quiet residential area with many twisty, turny roads and I wouldn't advise walking along them, especially in the heat! For a family that includes two teenage boys, the only addition we would recommend is a wifi booster which would help with the signal and strength. A change of bed linen and towels would have been welcomed but l am sure if we had asked Pepe, he would have supplied fresh ones. However neither of these spoilt our holiday and we would certainly return there again.

A gem of a place

This was our 2nd time staying at Pepe’s villa. (I don’t often stay anywhere more than once) Pepe is a perfect host and very courteous. Although he lives upstairs of the property you would hardly know he is there, very respectful of your privacy and on hand if you had a query. Everything you need for self catering is there, very well equipped kitchen, nice comfortable beds, and 2 great bathrooms. The pool and gardens are fantastic and well cared for with wonderful sea views. We spent 2 weeks at relaxing by the pool reading an array of books available in the property. The hill leading up to the property is quite steep, this doesn’t bother us at all and we don’t hire a car when on holiday. If you have small children or mobility issues a car is recommended, although taxis or Ubers are very reliable and inexpensive. I truly could spend the whole of the summer at Pepe’s place 😃

Peaceful location, lovely view

Pepe is an excellent host. Unobtrusive but very helpful. We had two weeks at this very comfortable, peaceful and homely villa and left feeling fully recharged. We very much appreciated the welcome items in the fridge. We hope to return at some future date and recommend unreservedly.

Fantastic stay

We had the most amazing week at pepe’s villa loved the swimming pool which was cleaned every day as was the garden. Lots Of extras In the kitchen that don’t normally get supplied in villas and the complementary bottle of wine cans of pop and water were a lovely touch! We will defo be booking again next year thanks Pepe for a fantastic stay

Fabulous accommodation

This was our first introduction to the Costa del Sol and my wife and I spent a week here in Early June. I won't critique the locality as that's for the travel guides, but within striking distance are a fairly broad representation of everything Andalusia has to offer. The property is on an established urbanisation which is on a steep hill which makes any notion of walking to the sea or up to the local supermarket not an option for us. (we being not terribly fit late 50's and early 60's!) So a car is in my opinion essential. The kitchen has everything one could need to prepare meals, the bathrooms are good and the bed comfortable, all linen spotless, and plenty of hangers in the large wardrobes. The pool also is great. If I were to return to this region I would definitely book here again. Unlike other contributors we only met Pepe the owner briefly, however he appeared charming and helpful and I don't doubt he would respond well to any issues. The cold drinks in the fridge and a bottle of red when we arrived was a very pleasant touch and appreciated. The pool and garden where attending to every other day, so and kept immaculate. Unusually for me I can't find anything to say on how this property could be improved on - maybe new lounge cushions for the pool, but that's being really picky. I loved it here.

A really lovely villa in a great location - sea views, quiet, lovely pool and garden

We took our 3 year old daughter in October - the area was very peaceful, not too many tourists, and we loved it. Definitely needed a car for those steep hills even though the beach and supermarket are not far. Lovely sea views from the terrace and the pool was still warm enough (just about) to swim! A well-equipped villa and a good size. Good choice of local shops and restaurants, and only 20 mins from airport! We loved Los Boliches for dinner options and the toddler/young children's mini fun fair a bit further down the coast road towards Fuengirola. Mijas was a nice day trip, though a bit more touristy/tacky than we were expecting - I actually thought the gift shops in Torremelinos were better/more authentic! Absolutely loved the butterfly park just up the road, and the Buddhist temple next door - made a nice day out away from the beach. Pepe was a very friendly, welcoming host. He has a real gem here!

Peaceful, private and a perfect getaway

The villa is in a fantastic setting, overlooking the sea. The facilities are of a high standard and the pool is wonderful. The owner, Pepe, is a kind and gentle man who was always on hand to offer any help we needed. We didn't hire a car but did end up spending quite a lot on taxis. The villa is situated on an extremely steep hill so be warned. The wifi signal was really good, which kept my eldest child happy. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone looking a a peaceful and private getaway.

A Wonderful Relaxing Holiday

We were a party of three retirees looking for a peaceful three weeks at a small place, near, but not on, the beach and with a private pool. This property offered exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations with beautiful gardens, a spectacular uninterrupted view of the sea and a charming host. This ground floor flat is airy and is maintained cool by light sea breezes, The outdoor terrace leads onto the pool, and the terrace can be used all day as the sun only partially enters for an hour or so in the mornings, It is well equipped and contains all amenities offered, and more. The supermarket and chemist are a short drive to the top of the hill and with easy access to the main road between Malaga and Marbella. The property is on quite a steep hill, about a kilometer from the beach and a car is highly recommended. Our charming host, Pepe, lives on the first floor and was available with lots of useful history and information about the area. We would be only too happy to return to this delightful place next year and were quite sad to leave after a truly wonderful, relaxing holiday.

Perfect

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The area is lovely, the property itself has everything you need and Pepe is the perfect host. Highlights include the pool, the beach and the local villages. Our 7 year old son had a great time, it felt like a home away from home and I highly recommend it. Second visit to this really lovely property

Lovely clean house, garden and pool with everything you require in the kitchen and elsewhere for a homely stay. Roomy house and veranda set in well maintained gardens with panoramic view of the surrounding are and the sea. Benalmadena Stupa is a 30 minute walk away and well worth a visit, and on the way you can visit Aldi for supplies. Only down side is the steep walk back from the beach so not good for people with mobility issues. The owner Pepe is very nice and helpful and lives in the apartment above which can be very useful if you require information. I'm sure I'll be going back a third time soon !

The Perfect Holiday Home

A really enjoyable and relaxing 2 weeks and will defiantly be heading back. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable and the pool is lovely. The owner is considerate and really helpful. The villa is towards the bottom of a very steep hill, but with a 10min walk down to the bottom the buses and trains run frequently. Would recommend this villa to anybody. A really fantastic holiday!

Superb Villa

I would just like to say how stuning the villa was. The villa was very clean and comfortable, with fantastic views from Benalmadena through to Fuengarola. The area the villa is situated in is a beautiful residential area, infact while lying next to the pool all that could be heard was the local birds............... a very relaxing week we had. We found Pepe very friendly and very helpful with his local knowledge. I would highly recomend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. We are looking forward to seeing Pepe again next year.

We apsolutely enjoyed our holidays in this gorgeous place! The description of villa and facilities was very accurate and we found our holiday home in excellent condition! The owner provided exceptional customer service in a very friendly manner. We would definately reccomend this place to our friends and we most certainly go back to this lovely holiday home next year!Fuengirola is short drive from villa with plenty of restaurants and cafes to offer. London pub was great for evening drinks!

Fantastische locatie maar een aantal dingen zijn aan vervanging toe zoals douchekop en fornuisknop en plaat plus een nieuwe bakpannen set. Pépé (de eigenaar) was een heel aardige en zeer behulpzame man. Al met al hebben we ontzettend genoten!

Tres belle location avec un confort optimal pour sejourner dans cette belle region, riche en decouvertes de toutes sortes. Pepe est un hote tres attentif et serviable. Location située idéalement pour visiter l’Andalousie

Location très agréable pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Notre séjour hivernal dans cette location parfaitement conforme à l’annonce nous a permis de visiter Séville, Cordoue, Málaga, Grenade, l’Alhambra et de nombreux petits villages au charme andalou.
