We absolutely loved the home! It was beautiful, well cared for and the perfect setting for four adults. We did not need air conditioning as our stay was in December. One of the bedroom heaters was ineffective, but the others worked fine. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We loved having the sitting room available for quiet activities. The location was great. We would absolutely recommend this property.
Beautiful house in a convenient location - the covered courtyard was really unique - the whole place felt very special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊.
It was a treat to be able to live in this home for four days. It is certainly rustic, but it was terrific to experience living in such a piece of history. We were very happy with our selection!
Great accomodation for a family of adults in an excellent location.
Charming well equipped house in a traditional style and an excellent location. Great base for exploring the lanes, alleys and highlights of Seville on foot. Great introduction to the house and tips from our host which contributed to our experience. Very comfortable beds.
Our trip to Saville was fantastic! The property is in a great location and close to everything we wanted to see. The check-in and Check-out process was very easy. The locations is on a quit street with restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks of the front door. We look forward to staying again.
Charming and spacious quarters for a larger group. In prime location with ample common areas. Walkable of many restaurants, historical sights, and bars. The property has beautiful tiles and detailed decor full of character. The host had timely responses and was available if needed. Our only wish was that we could have stayed in this beautiful property longer!
My family members all enjoyed staying at this roomy classic home in Seville. The location is perfect for exploring Seville’s sites, restaurants, tapas bars, and Flamenco shows. We parked our rental car at a nearby garage and didn’t need it for exploring Seville. We would love to stay there again on a future visit.
We had an amazing time in Sevilla once we navigated our way out of our neighborhood.
There is so much to see and do but we did hit many of the highlights.
The apartment was like going back in time and was well outfitted for our needs.
Spacious place in an excellent location. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and loved the charming decor of the 3 floor house, as well as the 4 bathrooms so no one had to fight for the shower. The apartment is located a short walk from all the main tourist sites, restaurants and shops. If you have a rental car there is even parking which is a wonderful bonus! I will happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!!
This home was stunning! Check in was easy and the host had many good reccomendations for places to see and eat. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). The little rooftop terrace was a wonderful little bonus. Would love to return someday.
Pretty house that showed off some traditional architecture. It was in a great neighborhood for access to areas and items of interest. Lots of space to spread out. Great to have 3 full baths and washer dryer with this group of 7 family members. It would have been nice to have more bathroom and kitchen amenities.
The house is very pretty with lots of old world charm. There is AC in all rooms and we stayed cool in the 100F heat. There were some ants but I think that is normal for Spain and towels are very thin and rough. Location is fantastic, you can easily walk to everything in 5 minutes. Lots of stairs, not good if you have knee or hip issues.
In February the house was cold on arrival, but most rooms have heating / cooling units and eventually we found a working fan heater for the kitchen / dining room. Shops and restaurants nearby, we particularly enjoyed Petra near Alfalfa square. We needed to replace some batteries in the Aircon remotes from drawer in lounge. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay, although with a little tlc this could be a really excellent holiday house.

It was important to us to stay in the central area of Santa Cruz, which is why we chose this property. We were unprepared for and surprised by the very steep stairs to the fourth bedroom, the cockroaches in the kitchen, the ants and other vermin in the upstairs bathroom and the lack of working lightbulbs in many of the light fixtures. We did not use the kitchen at all, after having discovered the vermin in the kitchen. The beds were covered with only a sheet, which some of us found insufficient given the welcome air conditioning in the bedrooms. There was a spare quilt in our room, however, it had been stored on the floor in the closet, and given the bug situation, we did not disturb it. We have travelled to several Third World countries, and are used to roughing it, but this was a very surprising situation. We would not stay here again.
We loved staying in this charming house with its lovely traditional features. There was ample space for us all with adequate facilities provided for our stay. However a better bread knife could be provided and the patio, although adequate for a morning coffee or snacks, is very small. Miguel was welcoming and informative about the surrounding area and we took his advise on visiting Ferrier region for market food shopping. The market on the the other side of Triana bridge is also well worth a visit. Communication with Miguel was very good and he responded to any queries. The location of the house is excellent and you can visit all the main attractions on foot. There is so much to see in Seville! A highly recommended stay.
Having just returned from a four-day stay in Seville with friends, I wanted to share our wonderful experience with the property, the city, and the exceptional service from Veoapartment. This lovely, authentic Spanish house offers plenty of space and is ideally situated. You can easily walk to all the main attractions from here. The house is not directly on a road, so you'll need to walk for a few minutes after getting out of the taxi. I recommend being dropped off at Pl. Nuestro Padre Jesus de la Salud, which is just a 2-minute walk away.Seville is a fantastic city with so much to do. It's easy to strike a balance between exploring beautiful historic landmarks and relaxing with some great tapas and drinks.Upon arrival, the taxi ride took around 20-25 minutes, and the check-in process was excellent. The team at Veoapartment accommodated our early check-in without any fuss or additional cost. Every time I messaged them, I received timely and helpful responses.Having spoken to a relative about their accommodation, I know that our place was very good value for money and more spacious. The roof terrace is basic but perfect for enjoying a drink and a game of cards before heading out.I highly recommend this booking.
Very disappointing. Basic maintenance has been neglected. The apartment is so different from the pictures that I asked our contact whether this was the right place. He assured me it was based on the shape of the window arches. That is the only similarity I found. We were very disappointed. The apartment is run down. The fabric on the furniture is fuzzy. when I cleaned up a small spill on our first day, my towel was black with accumulated dirt. The cleaning is less than optimal. there is no heat or air conditioning in the dining and kitchen area. The dryer does not work (and yes, we did pull up the manual online to make sure we were using it correctly.)

Dear Beverly, sorry If the apartment did not meet your expectations. We have really good reviews from all the recent former guests. The veracity of the house (regarding the pictures) is 9,6/10, The cleaning staff replaces the bedding and towels from the laundry directly. You could have let us know If there was any issue with any towel, therefore we could have reacted promptly. We wanted to clarify that the dryer works (There is a deposit to empty the water). Apologies for any inconveniences caused. Thank you again for stayig at our place
One word to summarize the property, location. It is located within walking distance of central Sevilla with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and the main central Sevilla attractions like the cathedral and the Royal Alcázar. The property has beautiful Spanish colonial look with beautiful floors, the layout is classic for a city property house, three floors and you have the small outdoor area. The sleeping rooms and family room have AC which is great in the Sevilla summer heat. The property is dated and needs some renewal. The mattresses are older and not as comfortable and the pillows were flat, they need new ones. The bathrooms, especially the third floor one need to be remodeled. There was mold at the bottom of the shower curtains. A good deep cleaning of the whole property is in order. The kitchen and dining area are spacious, the appliances are older but in good working order. If you plan to cook meals there it may not be the best place for it (we ate all meals outside so not a problem for us). The company will answer messages although it may take a day or two; there is also a 24 hour number. WiFi was functional and TV had local channels and you had streaming apps on it that you could add your account. Would I stay here again? If they did a few upgrades as stated above, yes. The location is unbeatable. As it is at present, I’ll probably use it only if I cannot find another one that would suit the needs of our medium sized family.

Dear Camilo, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at our place. Your comments are highly appreciated.
Indeed our property was freshly painted this year. Some renewal was accomplished including new plugs, lightning, shower heads and smart TV .
After your visit , we change a couple of shower curtains. Although pillows are subject to interpretation, just a couple of them were bit thiner than the rest. Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
Regarding the messages you sent us, I was personally reviewing the written communication during your stay as I was concerned about it. As it is registered on the chat/VRBO, It is not true that we were delayed in response for one or two days. The messages were in fact replied within a couple of hours.
Thank you again so much for your visit.
Best regards

Ismael was very helpful suggesting activities & actually arranged to attend an excellent Flamenco performance.
The unit was centralized in old Sevilla. The parking space offered is a must because parking is very limited.
Also, be careful driving in because the streets are very narrow and most map apps weren't accurate with the one way streets. Our big car was difficult & we were wishing we had a smaller car. For non-Europeans, study the local signs for one way & do not enter streets.
THE PLAN to drive into the San Bartolome area:
take Avenida Menendez Y Pelayo to Plaza de Los Zurradores (a very small alleyway) and turn right.
Turn right at the end onto Calle Tintes.
Take first left onto Calle Armenta.
Take first left onto Calle Vidrio.
Take first right onto Plaza de La Ibarra.
Take first right onto Calle Lirio and it's on the right.
The place was lovely. Some extras would have made it more homely. We were international travelers and brought nothing. Handsoap, coffee/tea items, paper towels, rubbish/trash bags, etc.
Walk everywhere. Small groceries, plenty restaurants & bars/pubs nearby.
