Very nice property, incredibly central. Great roof terrace although the two elderly people in our party couldn't use it - I'd recommend that people do believe the description which explains that the final staircase up to that terrace and a bedroom (which doesn't have an ensuite) really is via steep, slim stairs without handrail. It didn't impact our stay or bother us at all, just good for others to know. Very helpful manager in Rocio - thank you for a great trip.

Simply excellent

The location is excellent, but even more so is the service John & Rocio provide. The house is complete with everything you could think of, and even then, J&R are interested in fine-tuning any little request one may have. I loved having the bottle of wine as an arrival gift. The home was very clean and up to international standards. The rooftop makes all the difference in the stay and makes the home that much larger. This was one of the best rentals we've ever had. I can't say enough about the home AND service J&R provides.

This large house sits on a pedestrian street very near the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. We rented for one month. Since it is not on a vehicular street, you don't hear cars and garbage trucks, only voices of people walking by. The windows have interior wood shutters that competely block all noise and light for sleeping. We used the rooftop patio every morning to enjoy our coffee. Rocio was very responsive to our needs and communication was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, appliances etc. so that we cooked breakfast every morning. There are shops, restaurantsand bars just steps away. To get to the river or central city (Mushrooms), or the Plaza de Espana and the beautiful park to its west, is an easy 15 minute walk in all directions. The train station is a 20 minute walk. All in all, this was perfect for us and our large family.
