Villa surrounded by oaks, olive trees and fragrant jasmine a few minutes from the most beautiful centres of the Latium Coast: 7 km from Sperlonga with its quaint old town, marina and sandy beaches; 20 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds and beautiful beaches; 17 km from Formia with ferries to the islands and the train station. In just over an hour you can reach Rome and Naples by car or by train from Formia station every hour.
Charming place of exclusive privacy, the property for exclusive use allows you to enjoy 5000 square meters of land, lawn areas and a magnificent olive grove, the presence of fencing and a large access gate provide privacy for guests to enjoy relaxing outdoor life. Swimming pool (mt 3.70x2.70x h. 1.50) open from 01 May to 30 October. Ideal for those who love tranquillity and silence immersed in nature for total relaxation.
The villa, completely made of stone, is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a large fireplace, sofas, dining table and French windows that lead directly outside and allow you to enjoy the view of the garden. The exposed wooden beams of the ceiling characterize the room furnished in a simple but functional way. Adjacent to the living room there is a large kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 5 burners, with exit to the patio. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the ground floor. A comfortable brickwork staircase leads to the first floor composed of three double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. The beautiful and cool outdoor patio with brick pillars and wooden beams is furnished with table and chairs for breakfast and outdoor dining surrounded by nature. The private swimming pool has a space furnished with sun loungers to enjoy the sun in the garden. Barbecue.
Ample parking. Pets are allowed on request with a supplement.

Vi ringraziamo della bella recensione e cogliamo l'occasione per informarvi che abbiamo installato un wi-fi della Linkem che finalmente funziona perfettamente, questo ci permetterà di ovviare con i problemi di cellulare e collegamenti, la zona è residenziale ci sono altre ville ciascuna è immersa nella propria privacy.

Ottima villa
La villa è molto bella a qualche chilometro da Sperlonga. Ottimi gli arredi con cucina attrezzata. I bagni sono perfetti e credo che l'abitazione sia stata sistemata recentemente. Unica attenzione la strada di accesso è poco adatta ad auto sportive perchè presenta parecchi dislivelli. Il giardino è immenso e non ci sono problemi di spazio sia esterno che interni. Ottima scelta.
