This modern and elegant villa is located in an idyllic rural area for families, couples and groups of friends. It has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it the perfect accommodation for up to 8 people.



The villa has a beautiful 3,000 m2 private garden with a standard 11 x 5 metre swimming pool. You can enjoy pleasant moments on the terrace and the barbecue area, surrounded by a natural and peaceful environment.



Inside, the property is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, WiFi and a fully equipped independent kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. It also has an alarm system.



The villa is a short distance from several sandy beaches such as Benirras, Cala Xarraca and Cala San Vicente, as well as the villages of Sant Joan, Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, San Lorenzo and Santa Eulalia. There is also a supermarket 2 km away.
