About this property

Restored house from the early 1900s

The house was completely restored a few years ago. It consists of ground floor with garage, on the first floor 2 bedrooms with exposed stone, bathroom with shower, on the second floor large kitchen with cane ceiling and original juniper beams, equipped with all comforts, then on the terrace through a spiral staircase you get to the flat roof, with a view of the sea and the Ogliastra plain.

Magnifique séjour à Baunei

L’appartement est très agréable, propre et bien situé. Le garage en dessous est très pratique! Antonella nous a donné toutes les informations utiles à notre séjour. Nous avons rayonné autour de Baunei pendant une douzaine de jours et la région est superbe. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et avons adoré la Sardaigne et le petit village de Baunei.

Séjour a Baunei

Super séjour dans ce petit village de montagne. Des plages merveilleuses. Des criques a coupé le souffle. Le logement était super, avec deux terrasses,dont une surplombant une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviable. Je conseil je logement. Merci encore pour cette accueille, ce fut des super vacances.

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage . Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer für Fragen erreichbar. Allgemein ist das Haus sehr sauber und traditionell eingerichtet. Das Haus besitzt eine Garage,was ein großer Vorteil ist. Nur zu empfehlen!!

Très agréable séjour. La maison est dans le village avec un parking salvateur. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. La maison est décorée avec goût. La chambre à deux lits simples manquent de confort pour des adultes.

Sehr liebevoll restauriertes Häuschen im Zentrum von Baunei

Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit herrlicher Dachterrasse und fantastischen Blick. Das Häuschen eignet sich jedoch eher für einen Sommerurlaub, da man lediglich die Küche mit einem offenen Kamin beheizen kann. Wir waren im April da und haben ziemlich gefroren.

Prima Unterkunft in nettem sardischem Bergdorf

sehr schön restauriertes, praktisch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in der Ortsmitte abseits der Durchgangsstraße; viel Platz; tolle Dachterrasse, sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wer wandern und baden verbinden will, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.

Maison de village restaurée avec goût, très jolie, dans un village authentique

Très jolie maison sur 2 niveaux, au centre du village avec toutes les commodités accessibles à pieds (petit supermarché, boucherie, pâtisserie, restaurants...). La maison est bien équipée, au calme, terrasse avec barbecue accessible depuis la cuisine mais assez petite. La propriétaire est charmante, le ménage irréprochable. Plages accessibles en 15 mn au plus près, très belle région mais montagneuse avec magnifiques criques mais nécessitant un accès à pieds sur des chemins assez difficiles, necessitant de bonnes chaussures de marche. Nous y sommes allés début septembre et avons été enchantés.Nous la recommandons fortement.

Maison de village authentique

La maison a été restaurée récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres, au premier étage, restent fraiches et on y dort bien. Il y a plusieurs petites terrasses, dont une attenante à la cuisine ou on peut manger (en haut à gauche sur la photo), et une terrasse panoramique, pas très grande, mais d'où on jouit d'une vue magnifique. On en profiterait encore plus si celle-ci était ombragée, comme c'est le cas d'autres terrasses du voisinage. Important : toutes les terrasses sont sécurisées par des barrières, il n'y a donc aucun risque pour les enfants. La propriétaire est sérieuse et très agréable et a été très arrangeante sur les conditions du séjour (période du séjour, paiement, heures d'arrivée ou de départ).
