The holiday home Paradiso dell'Etna is an independent apartment located in a villa of the mid-1700s, located in an extremely panoramic position at an altitude of 880 meters above sea level. Privacy is just one of its features. In fact, it has a separate entrance, parking in the building, private bathroom and large roof terrace for exclusive use. The villa is surrounded by about 12 000 square meters of land completely fenced, where there is a large area with oak trees, fruit trees, over 40 ancient olive trees and a chestnut. The structure is made entirely of lava stone walls of great thickness, which guarantee optimal thermal insulation in summer, with fresh and pleasant interior temperatures. Easy access allows you to arrive with your own vehicle a few meters from the front door, making it very simple and little tiring unloading and loading of baggage. Its location is ideal, as it guarantees large green spaces, silence and stillness, and is just ten minutes walk from the main square.
