On the Côte de Granit Rose, close to Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h, the favorite beach of France, War An Nod is a large villa (200 m2), ideally located on the beach and with a swimming pool (11x 6 m, outdoor). Boasting panoramic views of the sea, the Seven Islands and the castle of Costaéres, it comfortably accommodates 10 to 11 people maximum.
5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (two renovated) new kitchen equipped washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, dryer, piano with a large oven, steam oven, flat screen TV, dvd player, stereo.
Outside, on the terrace, chairs, a table and chairs to take meals when the weather lends itself, while admiring this breathtaking view of the coast and the vast garden (4,000 m2) with maritime pines , hydrangeas and a log cabin. It is a house of the 60s being renovated.

Fantastic beach front property

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property, which is just by the beach. The beach itself is magical and at low tide you can walk over to the island with the castle on opposite. Swimming pool was perfect - clean and warm. Lots and lots of crockery and cooking equipment. Huge garden, two lovely cats and close (walking distance) to the centre of Tregastel. The location was ideal for all the activities that we wanted to do and within easy range of other beaches, Perros Guirec has some epic high tides good for surfing and body boarding. We would love to come back in the future.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit 11Personen in dem schönen Haus und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand von Tourony, wir konnten schon früh morgens am Strand sein und lange abends noch ein Spaziergang machen. Die Lage ist gigantisch. Die Küche ist groß und ist mit viel Geschirr eingerichtet. Madam Laleuf ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour , début septembre . La maison de Claudie est spacieuse et confortable , avec une grande cuisine lumineuse et bien équippée. Il est plaisant de flâner dans le grand jardin paysager ou de nager dans la piscine chauffée. On peut déjeuner sur la belle terrasse si le temps le permet . La vue sur la mer et les rochers est incroyable et le petit plus , deux félins très sympathiques .

Fantastic location

Fab holiday, best location in Brittany with the sea, rock pools and beach just on your doorstep, then for those chilli days there's the heated pool in the large garden can't ask for anything more to entertain a family! Definitely would like to return.

Fantastic house in a magic setting!

The house is really fantastic and offers everything you need especially a perfectly equipped kitchen. We stayed there in September, when temepatures were around 20°C so the heated outdoor pool was fun for the whole family and has sun neraly all over the day. From the living/dinig room the uninterrupted view to the sea with thousands of islands and the Chateau Costaeres is magic ebspecially in the evening light. When the tide is high, it is nice to swim between the islands and at low tide You can walk to the village of Plouhmanech with shops and restaurants ( for about 3 hours the water between the house and the villages harbour is about 10 to 15 cm deep.... ). The owners were very friendly and helpful and also the two cats that live on the grounds were nice companions for our ( nearly adult ) children. We can absolutely recommend this house and it is surely a place where we would like to come again! Many thanks for the beautifulm two weeks!
