A well‑presented 2‑bedroom, 1‑bathroom ground‑floor garden apartment located in the sought‑after La Siesta II development. Residents enjoy access to communal gardens, a swimming pool and designated sunbathing areas.

The property offers generous outdoor space, including an east‑facing balcony with views of the gardens and pool, and a west‑facing private garden with a large terrace ideal for evening barbecues. Outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ, beach chairs and a parasol are provided.

Entry is via the garden terrace into a bright sun room with dining area, leading to a spacious lounge featuring a fireplace and comfortable seating. Entertainment options include TV, DVDs, games, books and a Bluetooth speaker. The lounge benefits from full air conditioning. A feature archway opens into the kitchen, equipped with a microwave and washing machine.

The bathroom comprises a walk‑in shower, WC and basin with storage.
The master bedroom offers a king‑size bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. Both rooms feature air conditioning, built‑in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and patio doors opening onto a small balcony overlooking the gardens and pool.

Hand and bath towels are provided for indoor use; guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach/pool towels.

Situated in lower Calahonda, the apartment is conveniently close to local amenities. The Av. de España strip is a 5‑minute walk away, offering minimarkets, bars and restaurants. School holiday break

We had a lovely time staying at the spacious apartment, pool area was great, clean, lovely grounds and quiet even though it was in August. Apartment had all facilities we needed, really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. This property was in the area that we wanted to be in. We walked for miles along the lovely boardwalk and went in the pool everyday.I would say that unless you have a car you do need to be fit and able as there are a lot of up and down hill walking.

Really enjoyable 12 nights in Calahonda. Apartment is great, has everything you need, good WiFi and a brilliant pool5 mins walk to bars, restaurants (recommend Bay of Bengal and La Tasca Rincon) and smaller shops with larger supermarkets about 15 mins.Didnt need a car, everything for us was walkable.Would definitely return!

Spacious, well equipped and well situated

We had a wonderful time whilst staying in this apartment. It is spacious, well equipped and crucially ideally situated within reach of many fabulous places. Jenny was so helpful with any queries I had. The apartment was spotless and well maintained and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to friends and family. We loved the Mil y Nata restaurant which is further up and also within walking distance is a good choice of restaurants and bars.

perfect family apartment

the apartment was ideal, with a well-kept front garden, a spacious eating area, large marble-floored lounge,well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom. All the rooms had air -con, which came in handy with the hot weather, and it was good to have English tv, and the sound system. The pool was perfect, set in the gardens, and never overcrowded. It was handy to have a car because the beach is quite a walk, and also for visiting supermarkets and other places of interest

Nice spacy apartment. Friendly check-in. Lovely pool. Minor point; halfway a considerabel hillstreet. You must be quite a strong uphill walker. Parking was sometimes not that easy. Eventually always found a place to park with a small walk to the apartment.

Great apartment

We had a great time at Jenny’s apartment. Five minute walk to local bars, restaurants and smaller supermarkets and about 20 minute walk to the local beach. A couple of big supermarkets a few minutes drive away. The apartment is very well equipped and handy having a washing machine. The pool is lovely and well maintained. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella which can be taken to the pool or to take to the beach. We had a car and went to various beaches. Would definitely recommend the apartment and stay again.

Lovely stay, close to all amenities, but car essential

The apartment is situated on a fairly steep incline uphill so a car is essential and the surrounding area is very peaceful. Access to the pool is fine and was hardly ever busy, albeit we were staying mid to late September. There is everything in the apartment we needed and is a good base for exploring the area. Air conditioning was still needed at times. There are a host of restaurants close by within walking distance and the beaches are a short drive away and again were not busy at this time of the year. Local buses are good value and frequent. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Very good, spacious property with lovely outdoor space, both private and shared.

Generally speaking we tend to steer clear of large, densely populated, coastal resorts. But as complete relaxation, sun and a reasonable price was our objective, we decided to give this type of holiday a go. Even though we were in the appartment for the first week of July, the street, appartment block and shared grounds were very peaceful and quiet. The vegetation, gardens and flowers were very well kept and added greatly to my personal enjoyment of the holiday. The pool was often empty, or used by a maximum of 10-15 people at at a tme and was much appreciated by our two teenagers. The appartment itself was much more roomy than others we have visited, the bedrooms, lounge and conservatory area in particular. We appreciated the many TV channels ( watching Wimbledon was a must) , a well equipped kitchen, including shopping bags, cool bag, the air conditioning (!) , a parasol to take to the beach and many other small details. The back balcony was used on numerous occasions to read and play games and the front garden was a further good space, although for us, too hot, as it receives full sun from midday onwards. We enjoyed a trip to the beach at La cala de mijas and car trips to the mountain villages of Ronda and Mijas, as well as Malaga and Puerto Banus. More documentation, brochures, etc on local places would have been very welcome as we struggled to find the train station in Fuengirola for example. We left a paper tourist map of Ronda and Malaga in the flat. Apart from minor problems with the outside door in the double room not apparently opening, I would recommend this holiday home for its space, location, cleanliness, quiet situation and facilities, and reasonable price.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We only bought the apartment at the end of 2015 and hope to build up the library of information we provide as we explore the area ourselves. I have asked our Property Manager to look at the patio door and we will ensure this is fixed as soon as possible.

Een heel goede, prachtige vakantie gehad door een aantal redenen: We waren een aantal jaren geleden reeds hier geweest (toen ook al uitstekend bevallen.) De tuin was prachtig opnieuw aangelegd met mooie tegels een prachtig gazon. Het eetgedeelte voorzien van nieuwe stoelen en aankleding. Alles opnieuw geverfd en schoon. Kortom aangenaam verrast !!!!! Een van de andere redenen was het schitterende weer gedurende de gehele maand Mei. Kortom GENIETEN. Bedankt Judy en Solfinders

De uma forma geral o apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para umas ferias em família, boa localização e uma piscina muito agradável, no entanto a limpeza do apartamento ficou um pouco a desejar, principalmente dos lençóis.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Tout est fourni (sauf serviettes de plage), vous pouvez donc voyager léger ! La résidence est très agréable. La piscine est située dans un très joli cadre, elle est adaptée aux enfants et aux adultes et peu fréquentée. Dans l'appartement il y a des transats que vous pouvez amener à la piscine. Pour aller à la plage il vaut faut prendre la voiture car c'est au moins 20 minutes à pieds surtout pour revenir car ça grimpe. Nous vous conseillons la plage de Luna Beach plus agréable que celle de Calhonda. Attention prévoir des chaussures de plage notamment pour les enfants car il y a de très nombreux cailloux et rochers pour entrer dans l'eau. Vous avez de nombreux commerces, grande surface, aux alentours et des marchés. La location est bien située pour faire du tourisme. Important de savoir pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher et pour les jeunes enfants que la location est située en haut d'une colline et que donc ça grimpe ++ pour y accéder donc nécessité d'avoir une voiture. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons +++ cette location, d'autant plus que la communication avec les propriétaires est aussi au top !

Très bon séjour bel appartement. Spacieux. Calme. Piscine bien entretenue.

Belle région bel appartement très spacieux bien placé entre marbella et malaga. Pas loin d d’la plage. Je mettrai peut être ´ porte manteau dans la salle de bain car y en a pas . Pas bien grave. Vacances à refaire.

Bonita casa

La casa nos ha encantado, la piscina amplia y con poca gente, grandes zonas de jardín. Chica de la inmobiliaria muy maja e instrucciones mandadas por el propietario de gran ayuda. No nos importaría repetir, volveremos .
