The complex has four swimming pools NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL ARE EXTRA PAYMENT. Prices available at the concierge. Community pool (opening: 15/6, closing: 15/9).



Located 50 m from the sandy beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 16 km from Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona Airport. An excellent family-friendly location next to the sea.



The apartment features a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, Wi-Fi access, heat-pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, communal pool, possibility of covered parking in the same building, TV and satellite TV (Spanish, German, French).



The open-plan ceramic-hob kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle.

Tourist tax and optional extras are not included.

Mirablau

Appartement très bien situé avec une tres belle vue. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs petits désagréments durant notre séjour. À notre arrivée, la petite douche était bouchée et un tuyau fuyait. Le boîtier permettant de remonter le store ne tenait pas et tombait. Dans la cuisine, il y a également très peu, voire pas de rangement disponible pour mettre ses courses et ses affaires. L’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas : il dégageait une mauvaise odeur et n’aspirait pratiquement rien. Les pinces a linges il n’y en a pas assez . Le logement reste agréable , mais quelques réparations et améliorations seraient nécessaires pour que le séjour soit vraiment à la hauteur.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in die Wohnung

Gute Lage, und immer einen schönen kühlen Wind. Gute Zentrale Lage. Guter Empfang im Reisebüro. Die Weingläser müssten nachgerüstet werden. ( Kontrolliert werden)

Wij hebben de maand September op deze TOP locatie verbleven ,

De meeste dagen van ons verblijf , s'morgens tot s'avonds kunnen genieten op het tarras , dit met het uniek zicht op de boulevard en het strand . Achter de hoek vind je alle winkels en schopping mogelijkheden , Na enkele weken hadden we geen besef meer van tijd , en is er dan gelukkig de zaterdag markt beneden aan de hoek , die je laat weten dat er terug een nweek voorbij is Het appartement is voorzien van het nodige , voor U een volledig THUIS gevoel te krijgen . Wij kunnen niets opmerken ,buiten een persoonlijke vaststelling , Het keuken gerief eens herzien wat is er veel , wat is er weinig of niet , mocht dit mijn eigendom zijn zou ik het muurtje die de keuken en de living afscheid verwijderen en vervangen door een kastengroep
