Beach house with private entrance on the beach.

Beachfront house with private entrance on the beach 1st floor:

The apartment is located on the first floor but absolutely independent with an external staircase. The ground floor apartment is always our property. The house has a living room, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, living room, veranda facing the sea, gazebo with table and barbecue.
The house consists of a living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher - stove - oven - and dishes) bathroom with shower, double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with 3 single beds and wardrobe. The living room is equipped with two sofas, table, TV, heat pump. The outdoor area consists of a veranda facing the sea where you can enjoy the spectacle of the sea during sunrise and have a peaceful breakfast with a breathtaking view. Outside there is also a shower; the house is characterized by the presence of a gazebo with a marble table for 8/10 people and a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for living there (pots, glasses, plates, towels, tablecloths and more). In the house there is WI-FI CONNECTION.

My intention is to make my guests feel as if they are in their own home with all the comforts and services that I can offer, making myself available for anything.

Access to the house in the private condominium is via a gate where you will find private parking inside. The village is equipped with services located at the marina, reachable in 10 minutes on foot, bar, tobacconist, boat and dinghy rental, pizzeria, steakhouse, ice cream parlor and evening entertainment for young people and adults. you can spend a pleasant period of relaxation on the beach in front along 4 simple steps.

Reservations are accepted with a minimum of 5 nights / 6 days, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. The house has an internal parking.


Check in must take place on the day of arrival from 15.00 to 22.00. We guarantee maximum availability in meeting needs at different times than specified, however such requests will be communicated in time to the owner. We kindly ask you to allow check out by 10.00 on the day of departure, to allow the accommodation and preparation of the house for arriving guests.

Insanely peaceful location

Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. But honestly, the location made up for it.

Beautiful Rental

This property is wonderful. It is right on the sea and has fantastic views. Beach right there!! The apartment is well-appointed and has everything you need. Even air conditioning. The WIFI worked well. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you will need to have or see. The check-in went well along w/ the check-out. All our questions and needs were promptly taken care of. We highly recommend this property.

Schönes Apartment direkt am Strand. Insbesondere aus der Wohnung im ersten Stock ist der Blick auf das Meer einfach toll. Der Strand selbst ist oaky, es gibt in der Umgebung aber deutlich schönere. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist relativ neu und die Matratze war sehr bequem. Es gibt einen grossen Balkon mit eigenem Grill. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

En fantastisk bolig - endnu bedre end billederne kan vise. Serenella er perfekt værtinde. Boligen flot og meget ren. Godt køkken. Skøn altan med spiseplads og grill. Ligger ved en dejlig strand og vandet er fantastisk. Fint område med saltsøer og flamingoer og kun 30 minutter fra Cagliari. Den største anbefaling. Vi kommer forhåbentlig igen.

Ein echter Geheimtipp für Ruhesuchende

Das Apartment sowie die gesamte Umgebung sind sehr privat und abgeschieden gelegen – ideal für Menschen, die absolute Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Es ist einer der wenigen Orte, an dem man wirklich abschalten kann.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den kurzen Zugang zum Meer, der für mich persönlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Man hat die Wahl, direkt am Strand oder im Garten mit Blick aufs Wasser zu entspannen – beide Optionen sind traumhaft.Der Strand ist kaum frequentiert, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Hauptsächlich nutzen Einheimische diesen idyllischen Ort morgens vor oder abends nach der Arbeit. Das Wasser ist außergewöhnlich klar und sauber – perfekt zum Schwimmen oder einfach zum Genießen.Ich werde diesen besonderen Ort auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Wer eine Auszeit vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Schöne FeWo mit sensationellem Meerblick

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst! 10 von 10 Punkte. Dank der lieben Serenella durften wir die Wohnung schon mittags beziehen. Sie hat uns total nett empfangen und alles gezeigt. In der FeWo ist alles was man braucht… sie ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Tolles neues Bad. Klimaanlage. Toller Kamin (Holzkohle) zum grillen auf dem Balkon. Aber das beste war der Mega Ausblick auf das Meer. Im Garten gibt es zugewiesene Liegen, Sonnenschirme und eine Outdoor-Dusche. Der Strand ist direkt nach dem Garten. Parkplatz am Haus ist auch vorhanden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für umliegende Traumstrände von Chia. Auch nach Cagliari sind es nur knapp 30 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Allein schon wegen dem Ausblick auf das Farbenreiche Meer :-)!!! Vielen Dank an die Agentur und vorallem an die hilfsbereite, nette Serenella, sie konnten wir immer nach Tips per WhatsApp fragen. Ein klitzekleinen Wunsch fürs nächste Mal hätten wir … einen Vorhang an den Balkon oder einen Schirmständer. Damit man morgens Schatten beim Frühstück hat. Bei über 30 grad war es dann doch ohne Schatten morgens schon zu heiß ;-)

Super emplacement

Super séjour pour nous, tout à proximité, le logement a suffit à notre famille de 5 personnes, avec le jardin donnant sur la plage, la douche pour se rincer, climatisé, il y avait tout le nécessaire suffisant. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig schön und komplett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, der Garten gefällt, der Privatzugang zum Meer sehr angenehm, das Meer ruhig und geschützt, das Wasser ist extrem klar. Allerdings ist der Strand sehr schmal und voller Seegras. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen ‚Villenviertel‘ weitab von jeglicher Infrastruktur. Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Ideal für Ruhe Suchende. Man muss wissen dass in diesem Dorf nichts gibt (Restaurant, Pizzeria, Kiosk, Sonstige Geschäfte). Essen gehen (in dem Fall fahren) kann man dafür wunderbar in Pula (ca 4 km entfernt). Für uns mit 2 Kindern war es ideal, da kein ganzer Tag am auswärtigen Strand möglich war. Im Garten hat man eigene Liegen und das wasser ist nur ein Schritt entfernt:-)

Fantastic honeymoon

We had a very enjoyable 10 day stay in late Aug 2022, the apartment was perfectly prepared for our arrival and had everything we could need. The apartment is perfectly positioned next to the beach in a quiet village with beautiful views of the sea and the sunrise from the balcony. Serenella was very helpful in providing advice on nearby amenities in the town which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket.

Erholsamer Urlaub, alle super zufrieden

Wir haben eine Woche im Oktober in der Unterkunft verbracht. Insbesondere der Garten und die direkte Strandlage haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell an den tollen Stränden der Umgebung, der Ausgrabungsstätte Nora.. Pula ist gleich nebenan und auch ein netter kleiner Ort.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben diese FeWo für 2 Erwachsene und 13 Nächte gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war Serenella, die sich um alles prima gekümmert hat. Das beste an der Wohnung ist die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasser. Vom Balkon im 1. Stock konnten wir den fantastischen Blick aufs Meer genießen und schon morgens vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen. Im Garten gibt es sogar eine Dusche. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben nur beim Vermieter angeregt, noch etwas an Geschirr und Besteck aufzustocken, da dieses nur für 5 Personen ausgelegt ist und daher die Spülmaschine alle 2 Tage zum Einsatz kommen musste. Ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon (nach Osten, wo morgens die volle Sonne steht) wäre außerdem noch etwas, was den Komfort verbessern würde. Wir mussten unser Frühstück drinnen in der klimatisierten Wohnung einnehmen, weil es ohne Sonnenschutz zu warm war. Eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u. a. ein gut sortierter Supermarkt namens Jolly Market) gibt es im nahen Pula 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Ort ist hübsch und bietet genügend Möglichkeiten, am Abend etwas trinken und essen zu gehen. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist ganz schön, aber sehr schmal. Wesentlich schönere und breitere Strände findet man Richtung Süden (Nora, Su Giudeu / Chia). Ein Auto ist auf Sardinien generell unbedingt erforderlich. Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Quadtour durch die Berge und entlang der Strände, die wir direkt beim Anbieter "Bitan Daily Tours" in Domus de Maria gebucht haben. Mit dem Bus sind wir von Pula aus nach Cagliari gefahren, was sich sehr lohnt (Busse fahren ca alle 30 Min., die Fahrt dauert etwa 55 Min.) . Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, die FeWo ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Absolut ruhige Lage - Aussicht traumhaft, der Sonnenaufgang und das Meer direkt vor der Nase - einfach perfekt! Nur wenige Autominuten nach Pula (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc.) Apartment sehr sauber und geräumig. Wasmaschine, Geschirrspüler, so gut wie alles vorhanden. Top Empfehlung!

Fast wie in der Karibik

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Objekt mit allem, was man braucht. Direkt am Haus liegtein fast karibisch schönes Meer. Dort gibt es angenehmen feinen Sandboden, für Schnorchler aber auch Seegrasflächen und felsige Wellenbrecher. Besonders wertvoll war, dass man im eigenen Garten 10 Meter vom Meer entfernt in der Sonne liegen konnte und sich nicht eine Fläche gegen andere Strandbenutzer erkämpfen musste. Es gab nur kleine Details, die nicht ganz optimal waren und deren Abhilfe zugesagt wurde. Der Spülkasten der Toilettenspülung dauerte ewig, bis er wieder gefüllt war, was bei 5 Personen lästig werden kann. Die Geschirrausstattung war für 5 Personen etwas karg, aber da kann man improvisieren. Die Zufahrt ist extrem schmal und nichts für Einparkmuffel. Diese Punkte konnten die vielen positiven Aspekte dieser Unterkunft nicht schmälern. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Wenn Urlaub auf Sardinien, dann hier!!!

casa in ottima posizione spiaggia piccola con sassolini in acqua sabbia mare bello

devo dire che ci siamo trovati proprio bene casa adatta a 4 persone alcuni piccole cose da sistemare ,ma abbiamo gia fatto presente al propritario ma da consigliare assolutamente ,possibilita di visitare altre spiagge percorso da 20/40 minuti Pula a 10 minuti con tutti i servizi .Cordiali saluti Fabrizio Pelizzari
