Apartamentos situated near the Yumbo Centre on the street towards the beach, central but quiet is this beautiful and very clean apartment hotel with a nice garden and pool area, reception and night guard. All facilities of Playa del Inglés just around the corner, separate children’s pool, cable TV and safe in the apartment (hire). Sleeps 3, maid service 5 times per week, Internet at the reception. Wireless internet-access in apartment (hire) with plenty of room for laptop in the safe.
The apartment has one bedroom and a living room with kitchen, bathroom (shower) and balcony, various furniture can occur. Change of towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
Amenities: Stove, refrigerator, dishes/utensils provided, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave.
Possible to rent Cable TV and safe.
Taxi from Las Palmas airport: 20 minutes. There is a bus from the
airport as well, less expensive but you spend more time traveling.
Enjoy the Miles of Ocean and Beach.

The flat is really close to the beach and to yumbo centrum. The swimming pool is really bit. Perfect stay.

The apartment itself was clean and tidy, gets cleaned most days, but fridge was aged and rusty as some of the furniture, bed sheets old and few had holes aswell as the pillows but very clean

location is good. The cleaning ladies where exelent. The apartment was clean, and no bugs. The kitchen utensils where old and poor. And the cuboard they where broken.The kitchen interior was old and damaged. There was no sun on the balkony, but there was sun on the front porch but litle space. Two separeded beds where o.k.The electricity in the apartment was low and often went out. The hotels electrial outlet cought fire and the was no electricty for a whole weekend. TheTV was small and old and the rouder was locked in a cupboard. So We could not insert our decouder to watch films. The internet connection is poor. In the fire no firealarm bells went on even though smoke enterd the apartment. The bathroom is small but nice and the shower is nice. Sun loungers in the garden are poor, cant raise the back.

If electricity went out it was due to stop on the whole Playa del Ingles and has nothing to do with only this apartment. There is firealarm in the apartment and it is supplied from community of the building. On the porch there is separate firesteps and also equipment to use againts fire.

Good Location near Yumbo Center Where you can Get Off and onAirport Bus

the apartment was exelant . I have mobility problems being 80 so booked it because it had a Lift, and a swimming pool to be able to exersize. The Downside was No internet Unless I paid.I had spent 2 weeks in Las Palmas in a nice room with free internet but a shared Kitchen.. TV Chanel showing English Films But I mostly watched Films on My Ipad on Utube. . But There were no English Channels On the Tv Here. So There was nothing for me to do in the Evenings as I don't go Pubbing or Clubbing.

Very good location

Good location for Yumbo and close to the beach and supermarket. Very polite cleaners. Over tall th stay was good but I was worried about check in. There was no information about check in on VRBO app at all and it wasn't clear it this was indeed Apartamentos Australia or some kind of a private apartment. Apartamentos Australia reception we as closed anyway so I've contacted the property contact number on VRBO app and then I was told that it is the reception number I should be calling. I think this information should simply be provided on the booking app or/and via email before arrival. Also the app states there's WiFi but there's no free WiFi available. But again overall 5 stars because of very good value for money.

Eine nette Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, wenn auch Kleinigkeiten fehlten (z.B. ein Korkenzieher, wir haben einen gespendet ). Was uns allerdings etwas irritiert hat: in der Überschrift der Annonce wird groß mit WIFI geworben, das musste man an der Rezeption kaufen. Ein Hinweis dazu wäre nett gewesen.gewesen...geworden

Ich würde wieder buchen

Sauber, Kühlschrank mit Gefrier vorhanden. Waschmaschine. Küche ist schon älter. Alles war sauber. Check in.... Rezeption war zu. Kurz angerufen und Schlüssel über Code im Schlüsselsafe bekommen. Unkompliziert. Nachts kein Lärm. Betten.bequem.Wolldecken auch da.vorhanden.

Buen apartamento

Buena relación calidad precio, en temporada de mayor demanda. A pesar de no tener artículos de baño ni de limpieza, tiene cocina funcional con utensilios y está limpio. Lo volvería a escoger solo en temporada alta, pues en otras ocasiones los precios son similares a otros apartamentos / hoteles con mayores servicios.

Experiencia muy mejorable

El apartamento es correcto y está bien ubicado pero nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mejorable. Comenzaré por decir que se echan en falta cosas básicas como un estropajo, lavavajillas y útiles similares que al no haber en el apartamento te obligan a comprar cuando generalmente se facilitan por parte del propietario. Sin embargo, lo más negativo de nuestra experiencia ha sido la nula comunicación con el dueño del apartamento. Sólo se puso en contacto con nosotros tras hacer la reserva para preguntar a qué hora llegábamos al aeropuerto. Desde entonces no supimos nada más de él, a pesar de preguntarle en varias ocasiones a qué hora podríamos hacer el check in. En consecuencia te plantas en el recinto de apartamentos sin ninguna información, lo que provoca mucha inseguridad. Afortunadamente dimos con una mujer de limpieza que nos indicó un teléfono al que llamar para que nos hicieran entrega de las llaves, y la sensación que
