Located on Mount Akoumaro, adjoining the neo-classic town of Gytheio, our 3-level home is perched on a hillside -giving it an amazing view of the town below and the Laconic Gulf as a whole.
Smartly laid-out -to offer both comfort and privacy- and tastefully furnished and decorated, our home has all the modern conveniences. The outside terraces and gardens -also located on different levels- gives visitors many options to enjoy the spectacular weather and view .
A car is recommended but not mandatory since the villa is conveniently located in a residential area 10 minutes on foot to the nearest shops and 20 minutes from the center of town.
