Part of the Pointe West Resort, this condo features easy access to some of the most gorgeous beaches on the west side of Galveston Island. Admire the soft sands from your balcony, or take your dog (welcome for a small nightly fee) for a walk across from the dunes. When you're not enjoying the nearby sandy beach, drive east to Galveston to explore the city's shopping, dining, and historic Seawall.

Back at the condo, share photos of your adventures with the free WiFi, or soak in the shared pool and hot tub. The living room and primary bedroom feature TVs, making it easy to unwind with your favorite show or a good movie. When you're ready for dinner, use the kitchen's and appliances to whip up a delicious meal, or unwind outside in the grilling and picnicking area.

THINGS TO KNOW
Starting September 5, 2023, Pointe West Resort will be conducting maintenance on the elevators. During this period, certain elevators will be unavailable for a few weeks.
Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.
The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.
This home's elevators are not consistently reliable.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
