In an elegant residence very close to the sea and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, six kilometers from Porto Cervo, a comfortable and bright three-room apartment with: 2 bedrooms, large living room with dining room, 2 bathrooms with shower, independent kitchen, equipped furnished terrace . Sofa bed in the living room. Sea View. Communal swimming pool. Caretaker.
The apartment is equipped with: television and video recorder, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, ventilation.
The apartment is delivered complete with furniture and furnishings, crockery, etc. Linen: on request.
