The house is located in the beautiful scenery of Mediterranean and granite, far from the chaos, with garden and private parking. It is about 2 km (5 minutes drive) from Baja Sardinia, the nearest beach is Porto sun. L 'apartment consists of 2 double bedroom, 1 of which is on the first floor with bathroom and separate entrance, and a veranda. in the ground floor has 1 living room with kitchenette, kitchen 4 burners + electric oven, microwave, refrigerator high with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, complete with linens. 2 seater sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet, wc, veranda of approx. 70 with table and chairs, loungers. Barbecue.

Wunderschön

Liebe Rina. Dein Haus, der Wintergarten und der Garten sind wunderschön! Wir haben deinen Garten jeden Tag und Abend zum Essen und Spielen genossen , da es viel schöner war als im Restaurant zu sitzen ! Eine tolle Atmosphäre! Super auch für Barbecue! Danke für den Babstuhl und den Late Check Out mit Baby! Die Lage ist auch top . Zu den Stränden sind es 15-20 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder und wünschen Dur und deiner Familie alles Gute! Herzliche Grüße Familie Preuß mit Perla 🐶 👨‍👨‍👦🥰

Vacanza da sogno

Casa bellissima, nuova, pulitissima, attrezzata di tutto punto, posizione eccellente (a pochi minuti dal mare e dai servizi commerciali e in luogo silenzioso e verde) vicina alle spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda. Ottima per due coppie poiché le camere sono dotate di bagno ed ingresso indipendente. Bellissima la veranda per cenare e rilassarsi su divano e chaise longue. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata in ogni ambiente. Utilissimo il parcheggio interno, all'ombra. Giardino curato e godibile. L'ospite, Rina, è una persona squisita, gentilissima e disponibile, che ci ha subito dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Unico difetto di una vacanza speciale non avere prenotato per un soggiorno più lungo.

Tutto perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villetta di nuova costruzione. la casa è nuovissima, pulitissima e in ottima posizione. Lontana dal traffico e dal caos ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima a tutte le più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda. La villetta è molto comoda per due coppie come noi in quanto i due piani hanno accessi indipendenti. Non manca veramente nulla..aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bbq all'aperto e ogni sorta di comodità. Rina è un'ottima proprietaria di casa. Molto disponibile e simpatica. Spargeremo la voce perchè la casa merita. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana e speriamo di tornarci presto! Grazie!

Appartamento nuovo molto curato. Proprietaria gentilissim e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ci siamo stati purtroppo una sola settimana ad agosto, speriamo di poterci tornare. Ideale che per chi ama stare tranquillo, la spiaggia dista 10 minuti.

Appartamento nuovissimo, molto curato e di ottimo gusto, situato in un contesto tipico mediterraneo. Zona tranquilla. La proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha accolto con garbo dandoci tutte le informazioni richieste. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e contiamo di ritornare presto. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole passare un perido di relax ma, a dieci minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Baja Sardinia.
