Modern villa near archipelago, close to Stockholm city, great for families

This cottage is perfect for those who want to combine the nice archipelago and water surroundings and the inner city!The house is located in the idyllic landssta close to the bathing place "Boobadet" (about 1 km away) and the small lake "Bagarsjön" (about 500 m away). The home is newly renovated with all furnishings and it is situated in a very beautiful sunny location. You can take boats from Saltsjö Boo and look comfortably at the Stockholm skerry by water. Further, you can take the bus (bus stop is 5 min away) 20 minutes to the center of Stockholm where one
of the most beautiful capitals of Europe is waiting for you to be discovered. The house consists of a newly renovated kitchen (2012), table capable for 8-10 people and two bathrooms, three of the four bedrooms are upstairs with lovely views. The veranda (sun mostly of the day and eveningsun) is perfect for barbecues. There is also a big trampoline for children in the garden. We also have a brand new sauna. Final cleaning is included if you stay 7 nights or longer. 2 babychairs and 1 cot. There is a staircase that leads up to the house consisting of 30 steps, it has rails suitable for strollers. Toller Sommerurlaub nahe Stockholm

Wir (vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern 18J und 15J) hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub im Haus von Jonas und Helena. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub braucht und es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle. Ein Highlight waren sicherlich die Abende auf der großen Terrasse, auf der wir den Tag haben ausklingen lassen und wir die Sonnenstrahlen genießen konnten. Die Lage ist des Hauses ist sehr gut: nicht nur, dass die Wohngegend sehr schön ist, sondern die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle (nach Stockholm) oder zum Fähranleger Hasseludden (nach Stockholm oder nach Vaxholm/Schäreninseln) haben wir sehr oft genutzt. Auch die Nähe zum Supermarkt haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation mit Jonas und Helena ist sehr unkompliziert gewesen, es sind wirklich sehr freundliche Vermieter. Vielen Dank für zwei tolle Wochen in Schweden. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Umgebung

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Tolle Terrasse, empfehlenswert ab Hasselludden mit der Fähre fahren (Vaxum und Stockholm). Das Restaurant The old smockers ist zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Beautiful house near Stockholm

We had a wonderful week with our family in this amazing house near the city of Stockholm. We felt at home from the first moment we came into the house, everything is so cosy and tastefull. The communication with the owners is easy and they always answered immediately to any question. The garden and surroundings are great for a rest from the dazzling city days. Highly recommended! Thank you Jonas and family - we hope to come again!

Gemütliches und großzügiges Haus

Uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 ältere Kinder) hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine schöne Außenveranda und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, was wohl auch daran liegt, dass es das Privathaus des Vermieters ist. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr freundlich um alles Notwendige gekümmert. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Stockholm, das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß erreicht man einen Badestrand an den Schären in 10 Minuten, der auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet ist. Zum Einkaufen kann man das vorhandene Fahrrad benutzen. Für uns war die Kombination aus Stadtnähe und Ruhe ideal.

Most enjoyable holiday

I stayed at Ringduvevagen 15 with my 2 children aged 16 and 18. The house felt warm and welcoming to us being decorated with lovely artwork and family photographs. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, baking tins etc.. The neighbourhood is peaceful and very picturesque, and the location perfect to catch the bus to Stockholm city centre: barely 5 minutes to the Kompasvagen stop. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance when a relaxing day is needed. Jonah was very friendly and helpful.

Splendid holiday nearby Stockholm

We were really surprised about the house. It's a very beautifull villa (as we think very typical Swedish) made with a lot of wood and decorated very tastefull. There was a lot of space with seperated places to read, to watch TV and to eat. We enjoyed the large terrace with the garden furniture. The lake to swim was at walking distance and we took every day the bus to go to Stockholm wich was very easy. The contact with Johan and Helena, the owners, was very easy and they gave us a lot of confidence in letting us using their house. There was nothing negativ to notice about the house, the environment (wealthy neigbourhoud), contact with the owners,.... Greetings Ann and Chris and childres (20y, 17y, 16y)

Rest and relaxation in a beautiful vila

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Large bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs living rooms with alll the rest you need to relax from visiting the exciting city of Stockholm. The area is idylic with wildlife (deer) sometimes passing in the garden. The kitchen is modern and luxurious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not to forget the warm welcome by Jonas and Helena who took the time to explain the house and let us feel at home. The villa is situated on high ground so you can overlook the surrounding woods and neighbouring houses. Truly highly recommended!
