Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom oceanfront Station One condo!

This gorgeous, oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Station One has been fully renovated and is ready for you and your family! A top to bottom remodel was completed in August of 2024, and the unit now boasts high end furnishings and décor throughout.

The open living space has plenty of room for everyone in your group with its large wraparound sofa and dining space for 6. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you could ever need to make wonderful meals in for those nights you don’t want to walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. The oceanfront deck has plush seating, a brand-new slider door for easy use, as well as custom flooring for added comfort.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a beautifully rebuilt private bathroom, and views that you won’t soon forget. In the guest room you’ll find a queen bed, along with a twin bunk bed. This guest room has access to a shared bathroom in the hall. The owners have also provided a washer/dryer in the unit, which is a rare find in Station One!

Station One is located in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach and has a community pool, tennis, and basketball courts. This complex has everything you need for a perfect family vacation!

We really appreciated the additional information provided in the booklet. We only had small issues with the booking and Station One building itself. We were a group of graduate students and had some issues trying to book online. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and would only work sometimes. Despite these minor hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Disappointed this year in the homeowners association choice to limit access to the pool area and seating. We pay to have a pool experience along with the beach. Unfortunately, the pool closed early and tables and chairs were removed. Also, the cleaning of the condo left a lot to be desired. I believe the glass sliding doors should be cleaned inside and out. There were dead bugs on the doors, and dust everywhere. This is no fault of the homeowners; they are beyond gracious! This is property management’s responsibility.

Reviewer Comments: MY FIRST THREE MONTHS IN 4C DIRosa WAS VERY GOOD-CLEAN,WELL MAINTAINED CONDO UNIT.HOWEVER,I HAD TO MOVE TO 6D DeWALL DUE TO PRIOR WAS A DISASTER.CONDO SMELLED LIKE CAT URINE,RENTAL CORP HAD UNIT CLEANRED.REQUESTED C-CUP COFFEE MAKER,DENIED BY OWNER PER RENTAL CORP.REQUESTED SHORTENING CONTRACT BY 18 DAYS DUE TO CITY LOCK DOWN , DISALLOWING ME TO CONTINUE MY CONSULTING WORK FOR MY COMPANY.OWNER USED THE THEORY OF GREAT RENTAL PRICE HE ALLOWED.PRICES ARE BASED ON NEGOTIATION BETWEEN PARTIES.I HAD NO CONTROL OVER LOCK DOWN DUE TO VIRUS.I HAD TO PAY $1300.00 for occupancy of condo even though I could not stay and work or use beach are any amenities.i had to wait 11 days for my $2000.00 deposit to be credited back to my account.TOTAL OF 6 MONTHS RENTAL THROUGH INTRACOASTAL VACATION RENTALS.

Reviewer Comments: Station One unit 6D was fairly large and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully functional.The master bedroom and guest bedromm TV systems had very small TVs and we never did figure out how to operate them. The guest bedroom only had Roko anyway. On arrival, the AC thermostat would not accept a temp change so I called Intracoastal Realty at 5:05 PM, was sent to VM, left a message, and no one ever returned my call. ^d shows its age and needs updating. The bathtubs are so slippery they are dangerous. For the money it is not a greeat deal.

Cannot say a negative thing about the condo itself. I am disheartened by the smoking rules set forth by the Owner’s Association. I do not smoke, however, smokers are treated poorly, with no where on the premises to smoke! We may have to adjust our vacation rental to another property due to the nasty remarks from owners. I would recommend to a friend ONLY if the family doesn’t smoke,

Summer Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Station 1 for over 25 years, and probably the last 12 years in condo 6D. The condo itself is great, all amenities my family requires for a relaxing vacation. Over the years, many rules have changed. This year is the first year my family was disappointed. The president of the homeowner's association has taken it upon herself to "reprimand", (her words) people for smoking in the parking lot. Security was also called because My relatives were smoking on the balcony. While I do not smoke, I resent the fact that there is no place for smokers to smoke. I feel the rules are becoming more of a distraction than the enjoyment of vacation. Mary Ross (president) does not portray a wecloming committee to renters. Unit 6D suits my families' needs, so 5 stars is given.

A Slice of Paradise

In addition to its location in a delightful area of Wrightsville Beach, the entire condo is very well appointed with comfortable seating,spacious bedrooms and with a very pleasing décor. A real plus is the wonderful sound of the ocean, as well as a beautiful view of the ocean from almost anywhere in condo. Early risers have a superb view of an ocean sunrise, and in the evening from the entrance balcony a view of sunset over the town and intercostal waterway. If you like the beach, you're going to love this place. We didn't want to leave and can't wait until our next stay here in 6D.

POOR POOR MAINTAINENCE OF UNIT.

POORLY MAINTAINED UNIT FOUND FOOD ON DECK WHEN WE ARRIVE. MY WIFE CLEANED IT. BATHROOM FANS BOTH LEAKED FROM DAMPNESS OR SOMETHING. I RAN THEM FOR A WHILE AND THEY STOPPED. WORSE ISSUE WAS THE BLACK MOLD IN SECOND BED ROOM. WE DID NOT FIND IT UNTIL LAST NIGHT OF OUR STAY. WE DID NOT USE THE ROOM ALL WEEK. MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY STOPPED FOR THE ONE NIGHT AND WHEN THEY WENT TO BED, THEY FOUND THE DAMP CARPET AND THEN THE BLACK MOLD UNDER THE CHAIR. LOOKED LIKE THE CHAIR HAD NOT BEEN MOVED FOR WEEKS. I BECAME ILL ON TUESDAY WITH A SINUS CONDIION THAT GOT WORSE EVERYDAY. COULD NOT UNDER STAND WHY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES TO MOLD. THIS WAS THE ANSWER. MY DAUGHTER REALIZED THIS WHEN SHE WENT INTO THE ROOM BECUASE SHE TOO HAS THE SAME CONDITION. THEY SLEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. I BEGAN TO FEEL A LITTLE BETTER WHEN I LEFT THE UNIT ON SUNDAY AND GOT AWAY FROM THE UNIT. I REALLY LIKED THE LOCATION AND OVERALL ACCOMODATIONS AND THE OTHER AREAS WERE WELL KEPT AND I TOLD A FREIND THIS PLACE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING TO MAKE THIS A GREAT STAY. EXCEPT MAINTAINING A CLEAN UNIT. MY WIFE FOUND FOOD INSIDE THE SOFA WHEN WE PULLED IT OUT TO SLEEP. THE DRESSER IN SPARE ROOM HAD HANGER BEHIND IT AND THE CARPET WAS DAMP IN BACK OF IT. I PULLED IT OUT SO THE CLEANING SERVICE WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HEALTH HAZZARD. I WOULD HAVE RETURNED. I WAS GOING TO BOOK A WEEK FOR NEXT YEAR, BUT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ITS DANGEROUS. I WAS READY TO GO THE HOSPITAL ON SATURDAY. I TOOK SINUS MEDICINE FOR 4 DAYS!!SORRY
