About this property

FIORE D'ARANCIO romantic flat - Levanto center,near beach ,shoops and railway

characteristic apartment on the third floor without lift distributed on two floors with balcony on private green not owned. On the lower floor there is a small entrance, a bathroom with a sitting tub, 2 washbasins, toilet and bidet. You then enter the dining room with fireplace and kitchenette; continuing there is a living room with a double sofa bed. through a wooden ladder you reach a loft with wardrobes and the double bedroom. Heat pump heating. Air conditioning.
check in is after 4pm by 8pm and check out by 10am.
Linen is not included and if necessary costs € 15 per person, it is not allowed to sleep in the sleeping bag for reasons of hygiene.
if requested, I can provide a pass to park for free in the center for a fee.
final cleaning is not included in the price and varies according to the days of stay and the number of people and it is payed on your arrive
Heatig in winter costs 5 € for day .
