Christmas at Avoriaz

The two appartements are very special, car separated by a floor who permits to range ski affaires; it is ideal for two families, because 2 (little)kitchen, possibility to isolate yourself from the other part , but letting the entrance door open there will be a nice volume; the view is stunning , the equipment of the kitchen complete, but the appartements are “dans leur jus”and some modernisations would be good;the bathroom is correctly working , but very small like the entire appartement; in one of the appartements is a bigger table, so all people can eat together if they want ; the situation in the station is also perfect; there is a public passage to join the center of the station quite easy; tu resume it was a positive experience

Great location for two families

Located in the 13th floor of the Alpage building we enjoyed the spectacular view over the village. As a side-note: the elevator only goes up the 12th floor. But no problem for people visiting the village for outdoor activities. As they are the only two apartments on that floor, you get to use the hallway (and the last flight of stairs) to put your stuff too. The apartments are 1970-style optimized, there is room for everything but not much more - walking past one another is challenging or a nice touchy feely partygame. There is one queen sized bed in each apartment with a removable wall/door. The other three beds are in the living room. In one apartment there are two beds above the kitchen/living/dining room (one on a couch) giving some privacy but only limited headroom, so perfect for kids that can climb ladders. In the other apartment the couch doubles as sleeping space, giving you all three beds next to each other. The kitchens are small but we found everything we needed. A big plus are the two Raclette stoves. Cleanliness was OK, getting into the place was also OK (calling shortly ahead is sufficient). All in all we loved our stay and the apartment for our two families of 5.

Effectivement l’appartement est bien situé mais il était sale, vieillot et pas fait pour 11 personnes comme annoncé. Les salles de bains remplies de moisissures, un pommeau de douche également noir de moisissures, la moquette grise et très très douteuse n’a pas vu la shampouineuse depuis de longues années, de la poussière partout ( bibelots, escalier mezzanine, wc…)L’annonce dit qu’il y a 3 chambres mais en fait 2 petites chambres et une mezzanine qui offre au niveau de la tête que 80 cm….. et environ 40 au niveau des pieds ! Pour le prix du séjour on pourrait vraiment s’attendre à beaucoup mieux et surtout que le ménage soit fait quand on prend l’appartement.

Chère Sylvie, c est avec étonnement que nous lisons vos remarques,alors qu'à l état des lieux d entrée,faite avec Mattieu ,vous ne nous avez rien signalé. Nos locataires peuvent nous appeler tout au long de leur semaine pour le confort de leur séjour: wc bouché, ampoule à changer, pièce de literie à rajouter etc.. Une des salle de bain a en effet, un soucis d extraction de Vmc , au plafond il reste des moisissures. Mais cela est inhérent à la Résidence tout entière depuis 1 an et cela va être réparé. Cet hiver a eu beaucoup de jours de grosse neige et nous espérons que vous avez trouvé quelques points positifs à votre séjour chez nous. Toujours volontaire de satisfaire nos locataires, nous nous efforçons d 'améliorer et de faire les travaux nécessaire aux bon fonctionnement de notre appartement de montagne.

Points positifs : l appartement est à côté des pistes et il y a un accès facile au centre ville car il est à côté du passage public. Des vues superbes sur la station Points négatifs: Les appartements sont petits pour contenir 11 personnes. Les chambres mentionnées sont difficilement exploitables en temps que chambre - elles ne se ferment pas. Un appartement a été partiellement rénover - le autre est vraiment dans son jus. Il y a vraiment peu de rangement dans l ensemble dés appartements c est très compliquer pour organisation.

Bon séjour dans l’appartement. La partie du couloir est bien pratique pour déposer chaussures, manteaux etc. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Petit bémol : il n’y avait que des couettes une personne pour des housses de couette 2 personnes ! Mais on s’est débrouillé :-)

Beau domaine skiable, belle station bien animée.

Bel appartement bien situé avec superbes vues sur toute la station. Dommage que des détails sur l'aménagement et l'entretien régulier soient défaillants (cafetière HS, ampoule grillée, appliquechambre HS, piles télécommande télé à changer, rideau séjour à demi décroché...)
