3 FEET OF FRESH POWDER FELL TODAY (3/15/17) - This studio condo is located slopeside at ski magazine’s #1 rated family vacation ski resort – smuggler’s notch. You are literally 300’ from the main resort lift with an outdoor deck that overlooks morse mountain, the main lift and the village. You are within a 3 minute walk to the village shops, restaurants, fun zone, teen center, lighted ice rink, year round guarded indoor pool and hot tubs and the tubing slopes. The resort has three great mountains with varying terrain for all levels to enjoy and a ski / snowboard school that is consistantly rated as one of the best in the country. Our condo sleeps four adults comfortably on 1 cal king bed and 2 individual sofa sleepers; we also have an optional serta pillowtop queen size inflatable mattress in the closet. There is a gas fireplace, 2 flat screen televisions (1 for gaming and dvd’s and the other has deluxe cable programing), one full size bathroom and a complete kitchen with a dining table that seats 4. This unit is our home and has been maintained as such.

The host was very responsive and welcoming. It was a great central location for activities at the mountain. We were able to walk to pool, tubbing, restaurants and fun zone. Shuttles do run but nice not having to rely on them. Condo was clean with all amenities needed for cooking. Only problem was it was a quick trip, definitely be back .

We enjoyed our stay so much we added on and stayed more. The best part was watching fireworks over the mountain from the deck. My dog especially enjoyed being able to watch us ski from the window. Another wonderful trip to Smuggs

This was our 3rd time staying at Brians condo, It was amazing as usual! We had a great time skiing and snow shoeing. Brian is great to deal with. The condo is beautiful and is located perfectly steps away from the village lift. I highly recommend this property!!

This condo was purchased by two friends who love skiing and riding and have been coming up to Smuggs for the last 20 years. Brian D. is married with two small children (3 & 6) and lives in central NJ and Brian B. is a little bit older and is semi retired and lives in northern NJ.

Why they chose this property

We have been to most of the ski resorts on the East Coast U.S. and Canada and throughout Colorado and Utah; Smuggs has a certain feel about it that makes you feel welcome and included. Brian D. and his wife talked to me shortly before they started having kids about making this investment because it is such a great place to vacation as a family. Their daughter was on ski's at 3 and can now navigate most of Morse Mountain on her own.
