Had a great week at Maribel’s villa! Lovely, clean and well equipped home from home. Great location, a short walk to the centre of Calan Porter. Pool was bigger than it seemed in the photos and was lovely and warm each day. Maribel was a super host with great communication throughout. Would definitely return!

We have just returned from our 10 night stay at this stunning, lovely Cala Blanca villa. We literally can’t fault this place. Everything was so spotlessly clean upon our arrival (even when you move beds around there is no dust or dirt!).The pool area was divine and again clean and maintained twice a week. The filter is on a timer so no fuss needed from us. It was private so everyone felt comfortable while swimming as it was not overlooked.Our children enjoyed their bedrooms and they actually slept later here as it was so much darker due to the shutters! Thank you!!! We adored the neighbourhood and the local beach/ restaurants. Hola ola and Jenny’s were our favourites. Top 5 plus points:• 5 mins drive to the nearest supermarket with everything you would need.• Cala Blanca is so easy and beautiful to walk around.• the villa has everything you could require to cook with and even has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom! Ceiling fans in the others which you can control are so good too. • close to a water park and the city centre for fun and culture. (Son Saura beach was our fave!) - the neighbourhood is just divine. So residential and doesn’t feel too touristy. (Oh and Belén & Serafin made checking in so easy and actually got to come to the villa earlier than planned so that’s a bonus! Their communication during our stay was always open. Much appreciated!) Would love to come back again please!

The property was in a great location, right next to bus stop into Ciutadella. Supermarkets near by as well as pharmacy. Well equipped and very good communication with the owner.

What an amazing property. We have stayed in Arenal D'en Castell on a number of occasions and this is by far, the most exceptional property we have been in. The views over the rocks and out to sea are amazing at sunset and sunrise, the villa itself was perfect for the three of us but will easily accommodate six, and the owner was a joy to meet (by arrangement) part way through our stay. The photos don't do the villa justice. We have tried to reserve again for next year but our preferred dates have been booked. We will keep in touch with the owner and are more than happy to recommend.

This property is beautiful...we were so happy when we arrived..it was spotless and so gorgeous in a quiet residential area but a great base for exploring. We'd been a bit worried about the pool size from the pictures but it was ample for all four kids to play in together (ages 3 to 12). There was lots of space for the 8 of us to relax with lots of different areas around the pool and on the terrace to enjoy with and without shade.The BBQ area was fantastic too! The air con in all bedrooms was appreciated after the heat of the day. We hired a car so we could go to the larger supermarkets as there isn't much locally although the small supermarket is good for top-ups! There are a few restaurants nearby and the beach is close with crystal clear water and soft white sand...the kids loved snorkelling and seeing loads of fish there. There is a bit of an incline when walking back from the beach too so with all our bags and towels the car was helpful...but it is easy to walk if no mobility issues. It took us a few days to realise how close we were to Binebeca Vell and that is walkable too but we enjoyed getting the little tourist train there. We had a lovely meal at Bambu and watched the sunset and on another occasion we spent the evening meandering around the cobbled streets and people watching. We are hoping to return next year and would definitely recommend the property. The owners were fantastic too..so responsive and helpful with all our questions!

We have just returned from the most amazing week at Villa Palmera. A villa that is one of a kind, stunning to look at, spacious, spotlessly clean and with such beautiful and well maintained gardens it was a joy to be there. The villa is in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful but at the same time there were plenty of facilities and a beach within walking distance. Although we did hire a car to explore the island, you really wouldn’t need to if you didn’t want to, everything you need is nearby and the airport is a taxi ride away. There is a small selection of shops which stocked everything we needed and more. Our daughter especially loved the local market that was there for a few days and nights which sold beautiful clothing and jewellery and created so much atmosphere. There are some fantastic restaurants along the front which we loved especially Casa Fermin and Oveja Negra. The booking process was easy and Sukhminder was so helpful, recommending restaurants, supermarkets and a car hire agency. We would not hesitate to book a holiday here again it’s a very special place!

This is one of the finest properties in beautiful Sant Tomas, perfectly located with breathtaking sea views, especially at sunset. The villa lacks for nothing & with a fantastic pool is the perfect base for a superb holiday. The owner, Alistair, must be congratulated & thanked for this villa. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
