At less than 30' driving from Pisa Int.l Airport, thi is not a place for sleeping only but an authentic Tuscany country house! The mansion from 1700 is at the top of the hill, with a pleasant 360’ view on the countryside and a spectacular stars view in the night. The wide patio allows a fresh stay also in the summer season and BBQ. Below the arched voults, double sitting room with fire place, dinner room up to 10 people, large and newly equipped kichen, bathroom with shower and laundry. Under the patio, table and chairs for fabolous lunch and dinners. Possible cooking lessons and local chef cooking at home or catering. Wine tasting experience close to.
At second floor 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Up to 2 baby cots available. Strategic location for daily trip to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano in the calm of a still authentic Tuscan countryside. At few kilometers from the historical villages of Lari, Volterra and and from the thermal center of Casciana Terme (10min drive).
In 40 minuts by car is possible to arrive to the beach of Tirrenia (and its golf course), Castiglioncello and Calafuria.

A True Italian Experience

This is the most beautiful property inside and outside. Loved staying here especially after a day in the city. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of seating at the table and outside with a beautiful view. The house is incredible. Could stay there forever.

Perfect holiday

Stayed here with my wife and two children and we really enjoyed it. Great house with lots of space in and outside the house and good location for daytrips to the beach, Lucca, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano etc.

Perfect house under the Tuscan sun

Perfect base for a family trip of 6! There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was stunning as if in a fairytale. The house was clean and organized and is a short distance to the grocery stores and day trips are easy and memorable from Pisa to Florence etc. We will come back for sure! Grazie mille

Et flott hus som må følges opp bedre.

+ Et hus med fantastisk beliggenhet. Et flott hus totalt sett, men her bør det følges opp litt bedre for at standarden skal holdes. - Et soverom kunne ikke brukes, det var ingen vifte der og i juli blir det for varmt uten.Dette førte til at 4 måtte sove på samme rom. For lite kjøkkenutstyr til 8 personer( 2 vinglass?). TV fungerte ikke. Gartner brukte kantklipper ved terrassen 2 timer før avreise, da ble det ikke mulig å spise frokost der. Totalt et flott sted, men når vi betaler 13500,- NOK for et hus i ei uke, så forventes det litt mer.

Sehr ansprechendes Ambiente in schöner Landschaft!

Wunderschön und aufwändig restauriertes Haus in herrlicher Natur und sehr ruhig. Zentral gelegen, die schönsten Städte der Toskana und Strände in max. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Restaurants und große Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Gepflegtes Objekt mit guter Ausstattung, bis auf wenige Schwachstellen: Wlan leider sehr instabil, kaum nutzbar. Z. B. Arbeiten ist nicht möglich. Ca. 2000 Fernsehprogramme über Satellit, allerdings hauptsächlich arabisch, türkisch, russisch, ein paar italienische Sender. Kaffeemaschine müsste ersetzt werden. Ansonsten aber weitgehend alles vorhanden, was man braucht, einschließlich BlueRay/DVD Player, Föhn, Spülmaschine etc. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful stay in Terricciola

We found the house after a kind lady helped us. It was in impeccable condition and ideally located. It is a beautiful home with stone walls, and wood beam ceilings, very gracious. We were eight family members and enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting our past home in Marina di Pisa and wanted to explore the Tuscan hills in the area. It was an easy commute to Florence and Siena. We enjoyed several meals together on the porch which was covered and very comfortable. A true highlight for us was watching our three grown children sitting together on the lawn watching the magnificent sunset on our first night at the villa. Thank you for a memorable stay and we hope to return again someday!

tolle Ferienwohnung

Unsere Ferien waren sehr schön. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Perfekt für eine große Familie. Da es im Oktober noch sehr warm war, konnten wir die riesige Terasse fast täglich nutzen. Die Küche ist gut zum kochen eingerichtet. Wir fanden sogar scharfe Messer im Schrank. Vielen dank! Anne Schattka-Steinbruch.

Superbe demeure !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique demeure idéalement située en plein coeur de la Toscane. La maison est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos ! L'intérieur est vaste, très propre et dans un style toscan, le tout au cours de la nature toscane ! Elle possède 2 immenses terrasses qui permettent de profiter des longues soirées d'été ! L'environnement est très calme. Idéal pour partir en famille avec des enfants ou avec des amis, l'espace intérieur comme extérieur permet de ne pas se gêner du tout ! Vraiment rien à dire c'était parfait ! Nous reviendrons !!!

Great location in Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's villa. It was a central location to many cities and small villages as well. We were three couples and we loved having so much room to spread out in the villa. Two of our days, we went nowhere and just enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the villa. A couple others we went to cities... Florence and Sienna. A couple others we stayed closer and enjoyed the therapy pools and wine-tasting. It was a wonderful trip.

Großzügiges Landhaus!

Das Haus ist tatsächlich so schön und groß wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Wegen des günstigen Preises haben wir das Haus als Familie mit nur 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern genutzt. Die Buchung war einwandfrei. Bei Ankunft war alles schön sauber, kleine Mängel wie defekte Glühbirnen und Probleme beim Fernsehempfang wurden schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend behoben. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, es gibt allerdings keine Kleinelektrogeräte (d.h. kein Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc.), das war aber vorher aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Zum Kaffeekochen gibt es zwei kleine Espressokännchen für den Herd, funktioniert tadellos. Die Lage ist günstig, weil man in etwa die gleiche Fahrtzeit (ca. 1 Stunde) nach Pisa, Florenz, San Gimmignano und Volterra hat, nur nach Siena ist es etwas weiter(1h 45), aber auch möglich zu fahren. Mit dem Auto erreicht man zwei größere Supermärkte (in La Capannina) in nur 7 Minuten. Besonders empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch in Lari, mit der Möglichkeit die dort ansässige Pastamanufaktur Martelli nach vorheriger telefonischer Buchung zu besichtigen. Die köstliche Pasta kann man vor Ort in einem Spezialitätenladen kaufen. Wir würden dieses schöne Anwesen weiterempfehlen!

Maravillosa casa para disfrutar de la toscana

6588356 -Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, es una casa preciosa, amplia , cómoda y perfectamente equipada, ideal para disfrutar de las maravillas de la Toscana, de sus paisajes, pueblos, ciudades, de sus vinos y de su gente. Fantastica

La casa è fantastica, comoda, ben tenuta ed attrezzata, spazi immensi. Giardino bellissimo. E' vicina al centro abitato, ma magnificamente isolata. Unico consiglio dato il caldo soffocante sarebbe opportuno fornire qualche ventilatore. Consigli altissima, ottimo rapporto qualitá prezzo. Consiglio di acquistare l'ottimo vino prodotto.

Schönes großes Objekt!

Großes Objekt, landschaftlich schöne ruhige Lage, entspricht völlig der Beschreibung. Großartige sehr geräumige überdachte Terrasse, die wir die ganze Woche genutzt haben, so dass wir agr nicht dazugekommen sind, das schöne Wohnzimmer und den Kamin zu nutzen. Geräumige, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank und alles was für die Selbstversorgung nötig ist. Ideal für unseren Herbsturlaub.

Spazioso comodo e rilassante

La casa è enorme ed attrezzatissima, circondata da un ampio spazio che consente di passeggiare, godere del verde e volendo, se avete questa passione, fare ginnastica. Pulita, calda e confortevole va benissimo per un numeroso gruppo di amici che abbia voglia di passare tempo insieme, ridere e cucinare senza pestarsi i piedi. E' isolata ed è quindi obbligatoria la macchina ma in pochi minuti si raggiungono negozi, paesini e viabilità principale. Ottima per fare campo base e visitare un bel pezzo di Toscana. Assistenza da parte della proprietà perfetta.

I live in Liguria, near the Cinque Terre, but my family is from this area of Tuscany where in the 70's my father repurchased a house in the area that he knew as a boy. For love of this land.
