The house is located in the heart of New River Country. which is one of the nations best areas for float fishing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, and a short drive to Winterplace Ski Resort.

Why they chose this property

The Lofts are the best value four bedroom rental in the area. The bed rooms are 10' x 10' and all four have a bunk with a full size on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The house is small at only 800 square feet but has plenty of seating around the custom wood bar, full size couch, and bench seats. It's an open concept and has one full bath and another half. The outside deck has privacy fencing, a grill area and plenty of room for a cookout.
