LUXURIOUS APPARTMENT IN THE HEART OF VENICE

This bright and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment (50 square meters/560 square feet) is on the 1st floor (American second floor) of a 16th-century house and was completely restored in 2012. The ceilings have exposed red-larch beams original to the house and the pavements are in Venetian terrazzo throughout the apartment.
The apartment, well furnished with a mixture of contemporary and antique styles, overlooks the Venetian lagoon. Every attention to detail has been made during the renovation. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and the luxurious bathroom (with shower) is outfitted with Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures. The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed. The spacious living room has a sofa bed (200x160). The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
The owners have outfitted the apartment with every comfort: air conditioning in each room, TV, hairdryer, independent heating, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator. The apartment is fully stocked with linens and the kitchen has all the necessary tools included. The apartment is situated in a central but quiet position. Its ideal location allows you to visit the city, both on foot and by public transportation services. The Rialto area is reached in 10 minutes, St. Mark’s Square in fifteen minutes. Lovely in every way

Elisa met us at the vaperetto stop in a storm at midnight what more can I say great location elegant furnishings spotless clean nothing to want for As far as rentals go this is one of the best in Venice I’ve no doubt we looked long and hard before choosing this Great host wish I could have stared longer you can watch the boats go by out of the window on the lagoon with views of Burano what could be better Away from the crowds but a lovely 10 min stroll to Rialto bridge everything you need in the apt bedroom most charming with original beams and modern bathroom and kitchen thank you Elisa we will be back

Wonderful apartment, amazing views and a very convenient location!

The apartment is very easy to get to. We caught the Alilaguna blue line boat service straight from the airport to the Fondamante Nove stop which is within 50 yards of the apartment. Many of the vaporetto lines also stop at Fondamente Nove, which makes the apartment a very convenient place from which to explore Venice, including direct boats to San Michele, Murano and Burano. The apartment itself is lovely. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything that you could want during your stay. The views over San Michele and Murano are magnificent and the boat activity outside is a constant source of entertainment. The doible glazing is really good, so the apartment is very quiet both during the day and at night. Elisa, the owner, could not have been more helpful, from meeting us at the quay on arrival to making sure we got away on time for our return to the airport. We had a lovely holiday.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We stayed here for a mini break over Easter. The apartment was lovely and finished to a high standard. Elisa was an exceptional host who took the time to go over everything with us and give us tips about Venice, it made for a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance of the entire of Venice but it was nice to leave the many tourists and retreat back here come evening. There were lots of nice bars and restaurants to visit in the area. All in all we had a great trip and the only thing we would change is staying a bit longer. We would like to return to Venice and if we do this is definitely the place we would stay, so much better than a hotel and we would highly recommend it.

What a great apartment and place. Eliza was so lovely and more than welcoming. She was so helpful.

We had a fantastic time. Venice is a beautiful place. The apartment was in a more peaceful area, but easy to walk to everything. Fantastic view from the front window s. It was warm, comfortable bed, and everything there that you would need. Eliza left a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. She met us at the ferry stop on arrival. Also took us there for our return trip.

Wonderful place for a vacation stay !

Our wonderful trip to Venice was due to beautiful weather and the best place in Venice to stay! Elisa, our Venetian apartment owner, graciously met us at the water taxi station within a few feet of her home. She lives on the top floor and two apartments are located on the middle floor. Both apartments face a beautiful lagoon where one can stand at the window for hours watching the variety of boats that service Venice! We leased the one bedroom apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, appointed with the latest modern kitchen and bathroom fixtures, bright and comfortable! Every detail of the apartment was carefully explained upon arrival by Elisa. She then sat with us and went thru a very helpful notebook of recommended restaurants and sights to visit. After spending the day touring, we would wind through the charming quiet streets and cross many canals to arrive at our apartment for an afternoon coffee and perhaps a nap!
