Situation idéale

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé. La piscine et l’accès direct à la plage sont des atouts majeurs, et nous avons apprécié de ne pas avoir besoin de voiture, sauf pour les courses. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec deux grandes terrasses qui assurent une bonne aération, ce qui compense l’absence de climatisation. Cependant, il est important de noter qu’il n’y a pas de WIFI et que la couverture téléphonique est presque inexistante. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour tout !

Perfect place to stay for a family holiday

We spent three wonderful weeks in this lovely apartment right in front of the sea. Access to the pool is a great addition. The landlord was very responsive and welcoming. We hope to come again! Highly recommend!

Pour des vacances réussies

Florence, notre hôte, a été très accueillante et professionnelle. Tous ses bons conseils nous ont permis de bien nous installer dans son bel appartement, bien situé, face à la mer, un plaisir.C'est un appartement clair, lumineux qui possède une bonne disposition des pièces, très bien équipé.La piscine dans la résidence est un atout. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Agréable séjour face mer

Appartement agréable et bien placé face à la mer. Pas besoin de traverser de route pour aller à la plage. Propriétaires agréables et bonne communication. Literie confortable. Seul bémol le ménage a l’arrivée pas top … sol, wc et sdb, nous avons du refaire un gros ménage en arrivant et en partant. La fourniture des draps et linge de toilette aurait été appréciable pour le budget.

Apparemment confortable très bien équipé , dans une résidence propre et calme . La piscine est un plus . Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Seul bémol, les planchas non autorisés.

Bel emplacement

Très bel appartement pour une famille de 3 à 4 personnes. Très bonne accueil de Florence qui fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme. L'appartement est très bien situé avec une très vue sur la mer... Le centre ville est à distance de marche/vélo. Je vous le conseille vivement.

Un appartement génial avec une vue magnifique!!

L'appartement est très bien conçu et donne une impression d'être bien plus grand que les 45m2 indiqués! La grande terasse avec une vue superbe , donne envie de manger dehors dès qu'il fait beau! La propriétaire est très sympathique et peut vous renseigner sur les choses à visiter dans les environs. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Une bouteille de rosé nous attendait en arrivant.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponible. L'appartement est très bien agencé avec tout les equipements qu'il faut. Très bien situé et très calme.Piscine privée à la résidence avec gardien qui veille J'y retournerai car pas de mauvaise surprise plus en juillet car en août cela doit doit être bondé.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et bien situé, au dernier étage de la résidence. Le grand balcon offre une vue imprenable sur la piscine de la résidence et la mer, c'est très agréable d'y manger. Le centre de Palavas n'est pas très loin à pied par la promenade longeant la mer. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Je le recommande.
