A real retreat is what you will get in this little piece of heaven. Off the beaten path in a private community of only 12 homes, this is a large property between a 5 star RIU hotel & Private Condos Acqua Flamingos. A place to truly disconnect, the beach is 1 min walk through nice palm trees and well kept grass. The studio is on the 2nd floor with a large terrace on the rooftop to take it all in. This is a place you go and just get away. If you need to connect you are only minutes away from internet cafes with full service and restaurants.

Simple but Great!

Excellent location!

Steps to the beach, access to a beautiful pool, excellent response with requests. Loved the rustic space with everything one needs for a stay. Juan was the best contact. He made sure we had what we needed. The check-in and check out was smooth!! Will return.

Quiet retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here. But it definately has the feel of a place that is about to be torn down for a new resort complex. We used the free wifi in the Maritimas lobby since it appeared that the wifi only worked sporadically in our apartment at night while sleeping. We enjoyed the beach and beach chairs and the pool at the Maritimas. It has everything we needed in the apartment. The bed was a double and not a queen size which was a bit close when hot.

A very nice place and good neighbors

We like very much this place. Except the Internet signal which is rather low from the apartment, everything is in accordance with what we were looking for. Brenda and Hilario meet each of our requests and Hector is a host always eager to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks to each of you. We especially loved our long walks on the beach which is only a few steps and warm evenings on the terrace. Of more, with a car or taxi, there are full of beautiful visits and good restaurants in the surrounding area. We recommend this place to anyone who wants the proximity of the ocean and love tranquility. It's really very pleasant and it is certain that we would like to come back...
