Islander Beach Resort, unit 3001 is a beautiful beachfront, full 3 bedroom condo with beach and pool access. The private patio of Islander Beach Resort, unit 3001 offers beautiful ocean views (Gulf of Mexico) as well as privacy. Islander Beach Resort, unit 3001 comes complete with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 3 full baths, living and dining area, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more.

Unit 3001 is located on the east side of Islander Beach, on the third level with a direct view of the ocean.. All Islander Beach units come with uncovered parking, beach service, and full-resort access.

Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

Amazing Beach Get Away!

My husband and I love this condo!! We have stayed here twice and will stay again!! This unit has everything a person needs and it's so spacious. We love being on the ocean and it's therapeutic for us! The Islander Complex is close to restaurants within walking distance and many places to drive to in Fort Walton and Destin. When something needs fixing (which isn't often) they are on it in a timely manner. Thank you to the owners for providing a wonder home for us while away from home!!

Fantastic Condo

This is our second year staying at this amazing condo! We contacted sunsetresortrentals by phone and spoke with Meredith. She was wonderful to work with and she was very patient as we had asked a few questions. What we are so amazed with is that the owners keep this unit immaculate and take pride in it. Enough supplies and everything you need! Stores are close to go get groceries, etc. I hope all renters will take care of it like it was their own!

We enjoyed our stay at the 3001 condo!! We had 6 guests and everyone had their own room and bathroom!! Spacious for 6 guests! Condo is well stocked as we cooked breakfast every morning and also some dinner a few nights. We made steaks on the charcoal grill one night as well. Views were amazing from the balcony. Pool was spacious and plenty of chairs. Thank you! We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was awesome even with the unusual cold temps. The condo was clean laid out wonderfully, so relaxing. Being that close to the beach is always awesome. The shops and restaurants were great, never ran into anyone that was not nice.

Fun girl’s trip

My friends and I had a wonderful relaxing trip. The view from the balcony (which was very spacious) was awesome. There was plenty of room in the condo and it was beautifully decorated. We loved our stay at the Islander. The unit was clean, the decor was great and the staff was extremely helpful. The unit was “kid friendly” which added comfort to our stay. We have a yearly beach getaway with my girls, grandkids and great grandkids. It is always more fun when our condo is perfect. We had a great time

The property was great. Check in was easy. The only problem we had was that the condo was for 10 people, and the hot water lasted for about 2 showers each day. Most of us took cold showers each day. That was not pleasant.

Excellent Condo

We arrived right after hurricane Sally so there were some inconveniences. The most significant was the elevators weren’t working for check in or check out. Seems like they could have been fixed in a week. The unit was perfect. The most well equipped condo I have ever stayed in. We would have enjoyed a hot tub since the weather was unseasonably cold. We would stay here again.
