Check in was smooth, property management stayed in contact whole time, the place was spotless, everything was fantastic!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need (utensils, cookware, cups, mugs, keurig, etc). Very pleased! Oh, and the view was great!!

Amazing views and very comfortable spacious and well laid out unit. Nice surprise to get two chairs and an umbrella on the beach as part of the rental. Tip: the unit does not provide beach towels. Our first time in the Florida panhandle so maybe this is the norm to being your own beach towels. Otherwise it’s a great unit and the property manager as very easy to work with.

We have been coming to Okaloosa since 2005 and this is the BEST unit we’ve ever stayed in! It was clean and convenient. Elevator is so nice to have plus the optional parking on garage was nice since we have a a large truck that didn’t fit in covered parking. The best part is the VIEW is amazing! Seriously perfect from living room and master bedroom. Only thing that would be nice is a locking door for master bedroom. It is a sliding door that still allows a crack to see through on either side.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great. Anytime I had a question about the u it before we got there they responded def very quickly. We had a drainage issue with the tub and called Legacy and they sent someone right in over. I had to call another time and had to leave a message about the toilet being clogged and never heard from another so we had to buy a plunger for the unit, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We will definitely rent from Legacy again.
