This beautiful fully equipped condo has beautiful water views of the Boca Ciega Bay and marina, located in the Skyline Resort on Madeira beach, one of the most desirable beaches in the Tampa Bay Area and less than a mile away from the famous John Pass.

Perfect for up to 6 guests located on the 2nd floor, with a private balcony overlooking the marina and the heated swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and a flat screen TV. Second bedroom with two twin size beds. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. Free WIFI and Cable for your convenience.

Enjoy the heated swimming pool or walk across the street to the beautiful white sand beach. The resort has a private boat dock for gazing, fishing (fish cleaning station). Gas grill on the waterfront patio for your use. Full kitchen with small appliances, utensils, pots, pans, towels and many of basics.

brilliant property right on the beach front

This is a lovely property and whilst we only had a short stay it had everything we could ask for. The property is in a lovely well maintained block that is really quiet, the pool is a nice size and very clean, the apartment is well furnished and was very clean, there are also chairs, towels, and sun shades that you can use on the beach which is just the other side of the road. As we had a change to our plans we asked Tanya for a later checkout and she kindly told us to take as long as we needed, this meant we had a morning to relax by the pool before heading to the airport! Thanks Tanya it made our last day so much more enjoyable. The Maderia Beach are is great, not to busy but with all the things you need, we walked to dinner each night as there are plenty of options close by. We would definatley stay here again in the future.

Fabulous

Had a great time at Tanya's apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its an easy 5 star place. The location is great and parking very easy. Walkable to John's Pass and the beach is literally across the road. The apartment is spacious, airy and very well equipped: the photo's really don't do it justice. Perfect for our family of 5

We all loved it. Had everything we needed, even a large cupboard with beach toys and chairs. The 2 bedrooms were great for my husband, myself and 2 sons, with ample room in the lounge for our daughter to sleep. The balcony was a treat to sit on, having a cuppa and watching the locals trying to catch crabs on the jetty next door. The rooms were well decorated, clean and felt homely. The lift was useful, as to avoid lugging cases up the stairs. We often ate breakfast in the cafe, which offered reasonably priced, tasty food, served by very friendly staff. The beach was just a 3 minute walk across the road. Such a lovely beach, soft powdery sand, shallow waters with gentle waves. The beach is well cared for, clean and felt like it was our own private beach. One morning, we went for a swim around 8am, and were amazed to see some dolphins swimming just 100 feet from us. We took a slow stroll to John's pass via the beach, which took around 35 minutes. Spent some time dolphin spotting, looked around the unusual and quaint shops, had tea and cakes, then walked back down the main road, taking around 15 minutes. Such a lovely relaxing morning. We tried a few local cafes. We thought Dockside Daves was expensive and the grouper tasteless. The pizza house in John's Pass was passable. Our favourite was the Brown Boxer, which was very reasonably priced, friendly staff and good selection of freshly cooked food. We took the coastal road to Clearwater, which was nice to pass some lovely properties and locally run cafes. Tanya was most helpful, giving us lots of info on the local area. We didn't feel the need to contact her, as we really did not have any issues with her lovely property. We are considering returning to Madeira Beach next year, as we loved the location. If we do, we will certainly love to stay at the Skyline Resort again. Thanks Tanya, was a delight to stay in your property.

The condo was clean and great location to the beach across the street. Beautiful bay views from the living room and main bedroom. Yes, there is construction and rebuilding around the area but we still enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean however, bedroom closet door hardware was broken causing it to fall away narrowly missing my Spouse! I feel this should have been discovered and repaired before renting to new guests, otherwise nice place.

Exceeded our expectations!

Perfect location with many amenities! Over the past 8-9 years the little beach towns that stretch from Clearwater down to St. Pete beach have been our go to Spring Break location. We booked last minute and didn't want to spend as much as we normally do for a gulf side/view condo. Never stayed on the intercoastal...but this place made us forget all about being gulf side! We loved the property and would definitely stay again. Loved the balcony, pool, dock on intercoastal where we fished and saw manatees! Close to John's Pass and if you cross Gulf Ave. and walk about 100 yards you are on the beach! We greatly appreciated that certain minor amenities were already present....beach toys, cards/boardgames for the kids, and many kitchen basics (salt & pepper/foil/etc). Only minor issue...and very minor...use the bath mat in master...it's slippery! Beautiful place and location!

What a fantastic time!

First time in Madeira Beach. We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect, and just as advertised! Walking distance to the beach was wonderful! Great restaurants and even did a fishing excursion at John’s Pass. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing views.

We had an amazing stay. Condo is spacious, clean & has everything you need. Views from the balcony are fantastic. We saw manatees & dolpins in the bay from the balcony. Not many people in the pool so it was like having our own private pool. Beach is a short walk across the street. Can’t wait to return.

Winter Retreat

What a great place this is to retreat to for sun , warmth and loads of options to explore and enjoy. We almost could roll out of bed and be at a uncontested beach. The trolley was a plus for getting around as well as exploring some terrific biking trails. The hosts were most responsive and the check in was easy-breezy. Hope to have a redux in the near future.
